Just wonderful! I visit this restaurant almost every day and am always impressed. Cozy atmosphere, attentive staff, and dishes are simply masterpieces. I will definitely come back!
The best Itsu branch! We had the pleasure of having a small birthday lunch here for my teen daughter and her friends. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful; the branch is clean and welcoming and the food was fresh and delicious. We were allowed to serve birthday cake after the meal. Thank you - we’ll be back!
The highlight of my visit was the 50% off food deal offered 30 minutes before closing. This is a fantastic option for budget-conscious diners. I tried their sushi rolls, and they were exceptional - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented in a to go box. The value for money with the discount was outstanding.
We hit this place rup egularly for a tasty, affordable meal when we don't want to cook or go out. It is excellent!! We love their chicken and onion gyozas, chicken terriyaki salad and coconut chicken soup. The people there are also super nice and helpful. Go!

Go in with the right expectations and Itsu really hits the spot. I dined at a couple while staying in London and much preferred this location--less busy, very clean, and with self-ordering kiosks allowing me to set my own pace and review the menu at my leisure prior to purchasing.
Itsu makes a great lunch spot (or even a protein-packed, light dinner, when you're in a pinch). With a wide variety of soups, pots, rice dishes, and sides to choose from, I certainly ate my fill. My noodle pot arrived piping hot with tender cuts of chicken, slick noodles, and fresh vegetables mixed in a savory broth. My Veggie Dragon Roll partially fell apart during eating but I relished every bite and would purchase it again. Edamame carried that salty-sweet, vegetable-green crispness and saved well until the next day in my refrigerator hotel.
And the mango cheesecake mochi--oh, the mango cheesecake mochi! The perfect balance of firm and soft, supple to the touch and dusted with a tangy-sweet cheesecake coating, it tasted almost like a cool creamsicle battered in brown sugar crumbs.
I would gladly return for another helping, especially around lunchtime!

If you love sushi, Itsu is one of the best places to get it. This particular Itsu is great if you want to pick something up quickly and also good for dining in. They have a wide range of options to choose from. Some menu items can be a hit and miss like the detox miso with noodles and gyoza as the gyoza just falls apart but it was otherwise very delicious. Compared to competitors, it can be a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for.
This is a great place to grab a quick lunch. The sushi is always excellent and the range of food is great for a vegetarian. Every thing is always so fresh and constantly restocked. There's plenty of seating and both the design is bright and modern.
Nice sushi. 50% off before closing is a bargain. Was a big big fan of the raspberry and white chocolate Mochi (not half price but very worth getting)
Great place to go for a snack or meal. Was certainly welcomed after a busy day in London. Only a short distance from the London Bridge Travelodge.
