Collected a takeaway, good packaging.
Pies are cooked well, pastry is crispy on top, good tasty meat content light gravey, good portions of mash, loved the liquor, could taste the fresh parsley.

Omg this is so good. So good, so good. Lovely lady let us try the liquor gravy prior to drowning the pies and mash in it’s pure deliciousness. I’d eat this every day if I could.
Took my Autistic daughter there today as a treat, she has loved this pie & mash restaurant since she was 2 years old. Its the best pie & mash in the EastEnd. It has become a bit pricey now so we only have it as a treat now and then.

Not a barmcake or pot o peywet in sight.. but what there is are nice soft pies, steak and a chicken ham n leak. Tried them with gravy n this green stuff called liqour (no booze in it)...

The best Pie and Mash ever! I love Pie and Mash and the guys at Eastenders not only do a great pie, mash and liquor but offer the most friendliest service. And they do traditional puds like apple pie and school cakes so for a northerner like me, I am in heaven. BTW they do offer vegan options too.
Very good service and great prices! There’s a sense of homey atmosphere and many regular customers inside which is always a good sign! I’ve tried pie and mash with gravy and left very happy! Recommend as a quick lunch!
Lovely pie and mash definitely 5*****. Staff very friendly. Very clean and regular cleaning and sanitising as soon as customers leave. Can't fault anything. Also they do national delivery, I live in Devon so I will definitely be ordering some.
