Yes, I am in Love with this place! It's the truth! I found a delicious balance in the dishes, tasty and light at the same time. Nice presentation as well (in refined bowls and plates). The atmosphere is so peaceful and intimate! It's just magic. It's a result of pure Love and passion! Thank you Ichiban to let me regenerate by your energies! Kop khun khrap

My favourite restaurant in Brixton by a long way. The food is incredible, I would highly recommend the tiger roll sushi, chicken gyoza and chicken katsu curry. It's great value for money. To top it off it's run by a family who are so lovely and welcoming.

Dropped in here after craving for some sushi (honestly I have not find any good places in London...) just after 6pm on a Friday night. It's a small & clean establishment with about 6 tables so it promptly started filling up as we dined.
Slightly baffled by the Thai curries on the menu (maybe they are Japanese version of Thai curries - ie very sweet), we ordered a chicken katsu don and a medium sushi set which came with 6 nigri sushi (salmon, tuna, octopus, squid, sea bass, mackerel) and 6 sha-ke maki (thin salmon roll).
Whilst the donburi was filling, it was a bit disappointing the chicken katsu was not crunchy as it was made soggy from this soupy sauce and eggs on top. The sushi was a good selection but I would classify them as fairly good but not quite "great". (one day I will find that great sushi in London...).
I also had green tea, ordered off-menu which I think was the same price as a soft drink (a small can) and it came in a nice big pot.
Overall we came away fairly satisfied and the bill was £20 + 10% service charge.

Great food with incredible staff. One of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to in a long time. It has a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in the restaurant owner's home, and you feel very welcomed at all times. The prices are really affordable which is another bonus as the food is outstanding. You get more than you pay for. This is a must visit place in Brixton for sure. 10/10 would recommend a friend.

Top quality, fresh, excellent execution. Been here a few times and it's always exceeded my expectations. The menu is varied with hot and cold pan-asian dishes. The sushi selection is great and fab quality for the price. Really happy customer and I'll keep coming back.

Really really really nice place with very tasty food and good prices Highly recommend to visit and will probably come back! The only thing is the toilet that is horrible with rusty sink, hope that they’ll do anything with it with a time

Whilst we waited some time for our order to be taken it was certainly worthwhile and completely understandable considering how busy it was. Both the sushi and main dishes were excellent, tasty well seasoned using quality ingredients. Highly recommended

I have been going to this place for four years and the only thing I want to do is to come back. I live in Walthamstow and travel all the way down Victoria line to get my Pad Thai in this place. My boyfriend and I have invited many people to come here and everyone was enjoying the food and environment. So well done! Staff is amazing too!

The food here was great, I had the Sukiyaki Don and the beef in it was amazing! Nice cosy restaurant with chilled music, a wide tasty variety of Japanese dishes. I would've loved to try more starter's but unfortunately I got a small stomach so I guess I'll have to come back here again! Also including a bottle of plum wine my 2 person meal only came to ~£60, would definitely recommend.

Great food, everything is packed full of flavour, I'd return for the tom yum soup alone. Great drinks (I'd recommend the plum wine if you have a sweet tooth) and really warm, friendly staff. Highly recommended
