A family trip out with the age range from 22 to 90, 10 of us ate including 1 pescatarian, 2 vegans, 2 carnivores and 2 picky senior citizens. All agreed the food was fantastic and the host (me!) was amazed at how good value for money it was. All made to order, so not a quick dash more an evening out, there was something on the menu for everyone and all said there were things they wanted to come back and try. This is not a "bog standard" Italian it is more fine dining than that but definitely still a family venue. Adha, who is both chef & owner, visited the table at least twice to make sure all was well and we all thought that a really nice touch. The waiter was great fun and this all added to the evening. No hesitation in recommending and I have already been asked when we are going back!!

Ate here last night. Eight London-Italians around the table who all agreed that this was not only authentic Roman food, expertly prepared and served but not poncey. Reasonably priced and outstanding quality. This isn't bog-standard pan-Italian cooking but the real deal Roman which took me back to when I lived in the Eternal City. The chef has appeared on Italian TV and was once the head chef of the famous Bertorelli's now sadly, no longer in Covent Garden. The new ownership only started a few weeks ago and deserves to succeed with this quality of food which would not normally be found out side high-end locations.

We were worried when we arrived as it was very quiet, but undeservingly so. The food was beautiful. Freshly cooked and obviously the chef knows what he is doing when it comes to combining flavours. This is no conveyer belt chain pasta restaurant. The Frito misto was the best I've hadvin this country. The starter was the size of a main. I had the cod, anchovies and capers for main which was perfect . If I lived here I'd be back all the time. The locals are seriously missing out. Why so quiet?

We had a fabulous evening at this newish restaurant to celebrate a birthday. The food is excellent with a very decent wine list and great service. It was definitely worth the trip up to Friern Barnet and we'll surely be visiting again.

The licensing contract for the Roman Trattoria - Quinto/Quarto expired at the end of January. The restaurant is therefore definitely closed now. You can subscribe to the mailing list in order to receive the newsletters with information on pop-ups and relocation.

Really good food and lovely service, will be back! Still thinking about the Cacio e Pepe that I had. Can I have it two days in a row?
