Really nice place thoroughly enjoyed the squid starter, the salmon salad was very tasty and healthy very enjoyable plus our little daughter liked the pistachio ice cream, good service with friendly polite staff, definitely recommend
Okko is amazing! I frequently eat here and I am consistently impressed by the quality and creativity of the food. Last night, I had a group dinner for 16 people at Okko. There was no requirement for a set menu, which was great. The staff managed our group so well, accommodating differing dietary requirements and splitting the bill many times, all with great ease. A really fun and relaxing place to eat.
A super relaxed atmosphere with very cool music (not Japanese). We really enjoyed the whole experience. Quality and character of the dishes were excellent - everything being a bit different to what Ive has elsewhere, and better for it. Stand outs for me: the miso soup and the tempura prawns, and I never thought I could enjoy tofu that much
Amazing food and friendly staff! Highly recommended!
Really really tasty food.
The menu is varied and inspiring.
All produce are really fresh, great wine list, fantastic service and relaxing music.
10 out of 10, for sure. Finally a great restaurant on Broadway Market

Great place , great vibe , great people , excellent food
First time at Okko and so impressed with the flavour and creativity injected into every single dish. Absolutely delicious experience. Also in a brilliant part of London, with great ambience and energy.
I forgot to take pictures!
However, I just wanted to try something different so my friend and I walked to Broadway Market and chose something that took our fancy. Okko's menu appealed to us so we went in.
There were not many diners when we went in. Lovely atmosphere and they play anime for diners viewing pleasure! We ordered a starter, and two mains.
The starter was blackened cod which was delicious! For my main I got ramen noodle soup with fried tofu - it was nice, reminded me of my time spent in China. However there was a faint taste of actual butter and it did not sit well with me. My friend ordered teriyaki chicken and steamed rice which she enjoyed.
Presentation was great, we did not wait too long for the food, everything was a the correct temperature. I would definitely go back there and recommend it.
Thanks for having us Okko!
Pleasant space. Tables maybe a little too close together. Decent acoustics.
The two of us shared an order of fish tacos which were exquisite. Raw kingfish tartare, yuzu mayo, coriander and I think chervil in a taco shell made of thin deep fried gyoza wrapper. Quite pricey though at £7.80 for two smallish tacos.
For mains we both had ramen. My companion had the naked gyoza (pork dumpling without the wrapper) which he found very tasty. I had the mix seafood and vegetable tempura ramen. I liked my toppings. Mix seafood turned out to be two large tempura prawns, as well as tempura green beans and broccoli. There was also perfectly runny soft boiled egg, some slivered pickled ginger, wakame, and tasty shitake reconstitued in sweetened soy. The vegetarian broth (mushroom, seaweed, miso) was a little dull. The vegetarian broth at Ippudo, for example, is considerably more tasty.
Nonetheless a decent filling meal with quick and gracious service. Including a bottle of house white (£22) our bill including service came to £60.
Just popped in here as we were in the area. Nothing to make me really gape with excitement, but also no complaints. If you want decent Japanese that you're not paying through the nose for this hits the spot. The restaurant itself is cute and perfect for a relaxed evening with friends.
Incredible food. Very accommodating for my gluten intolerance, service was also amazing! I had my first poke bowl here and it was also my first meal ever in London - thank you !! :)
Sashimi salmon - delicious, miso ramen with naked pork - tasty, chicken katsu curry - delicious, miso glazed salmon - delicious, poke super salmon - delicious.
Sake Ozeki, plum wine spritzer - awesome.
Really nice and helpful staff. £111.
Great Japanese music. It’s very rare in London. I’ve asked about the artist. Some new sounds to listen at home.
Definitely worth to visit.
Really lovely intimate spot on Broadway market. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
I had the edamame, the vegan gyoza, tomato + miso tacos + the vegan ramen.
The ramen was delicious and the gyoza was really good too! Lots of choice for VG + GF

ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS OF LONDON. The stuff is amazing, friendly and kind. I can't stop eating every time I go there. Each dish is awesome and tasty. Cocktails you must try all of them. And the atmosphere is very friendly, the place is small but very comfortable. Is a perfect place to enjoy life and food and forget about problems. 😋
Is my 4th time going there since I discovered it! And I hope to come many times more!
Congrats to all the team!
Excellent in all aspects. Great service, generous portions of fish, lovely atmosphere and good cocktails. The ceviche-like tacos were outstanding. Very good value for money. Will definitely be going back!
