Really friendly place, relaxed, great atmosphere and the food is REALLY good. I had an exceptional sea bream and crab dish. I thoroughly recommend.

Best chicken roast I have had in a long time. Meat fell off the bone. Great for big groups and very friendly staff. The loos are a talking point too. Throughly recommend this place.

I found this place on a work visit to London. The staff are friendly, the ambience is soothing, the decor is wild, the food is killer, and the bar is wide and varied, I will be coming again. Try the steak!

I like this pub because it is different from other pubs but still has the pub vibe and because it has Aperol on tap 🤩 beautiful and efficient.
The decoration is very cool and the people at the bar super nice as well!

Really, really good beef wellington. One of my goals from while visiting London was to have beef wellington. Not only did I see reviews say this pub was one of the best for it, but it's also half the price. This was really probably my favorite thing I've ever eaten. If I ever get a chance, I'll definitely be back.
I ate the meal by myself, sparing only a few chips, but I really cannot recommend this unless you know (like me) that your daily calorie intake is well above normal.
I recently dined at The hunter s, and I must say, the manager provided an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a warm smile and were incredibly attentive throughout our meal. Their knowledge of the menu and wine pairings was impressive, making our evening truly delightful. The hunter s is not just about delicious food; it's about outstanding service, thanks to the wonderful manager and all staff. And food was 👌. Highly recommended. Cheers!
We called late the other evening on a Friday for dinner and they squeezed us in. We are so grateful for the amazing lady (didn’t get her name!) who sorted us out and even had our drinks waiting on arrival.
The fish and chips and croquets were delicious.. and the orange wine!

The waitress was polite and took care of the guests. He even proposed to us to organize an additional table for us on the terrace by bringing one from the inside. He deserves it all. Food was good.

Great for a Sunday lunch or dinner. It's advisable to book in advance which we hadn't but we didn't have to wait too long for a table.
We had the baked camembert which was glazed with truffle oil plus crudités, bread and olives to share as our starter.
Then we had the Beef Wellington which serves 2 and was also delicious.
Will definitely be back for more.
Had the beef wellington for 2 - it was very tasty!! The fries were just ok in my opinion. I do wish they'd provided a steak knife for the beef wellington. It was very difficult to cut it with a butter knife lol. Also spoiler alert: the bathrooms are...something
We had a Sunday roast at The Hunter, the food was nice, and we loved the decor! However the vegetables were boiled instead of roasted, and veggie gravy wasn’t very tasty. Other than that we loved everything, and we will be back to try the other dishes!
Cosy feel with interesting decor. Good choice of draught beers. Friendly and engaging staff. I had the lamb Roast and Beef Wellington and would order either again. Fish and chips were quite heavy and over-fried, however. Still, a great spot for a pint or quality pub food!
Stopped here to try the beef wellington and we we not disappointed! The beef was so cooked to perfection - it was tender and delicious! We absolutely loved it. I'm also a huge fan of sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and Hunter S came through there as well. Great pub food, 5/5, would recommend!
I have never left a review before, but I went to this pub last weekend, and it was incredibly busy. Despite that, I enjoyed my time there, so why not leave a review? The interior decorations of the pub were awesome, especially the toilets. Even though the pub was very busy, the service was very good. They had some young bartenders, but believe me, they worked as if they had years of experience. Someone even made four pints at the same time. Moreover, the food was delicious, and the Hunter's beef Wellington was the best Wellington I've had in London. Overall, I had a great time, and I highly recommend this pub, especially for parties.
Exceptionally good Sunday roast, especially the beef. Quality meat, and lots of it. Al dente veg too. Yum.
Also despite not having a traditional kids menu, they are always happy to do 2x small portions of fish & chips for our kids for the price of an adult one. It’s delicious and really generous portion for them.

My favourite place in London with the best beef Wellington in town! The steak is also good and baked Camembert. Love the copper ceiling. We actually managed to get here 40 people for my baby shower and it was lovely.
