Having had a midweek lunchtime meal a couple of weeks ago I booked the Xmas lunch for a monday lunchtime (18/12).Service was friendly speedy and efficient. Food was good. I have eaten at the bulls head previously on Saturday evening's and Sunday lunchtimes. Always happy with the food and the service. Friendly pub always worth a visit. Been going there for over 30 years

Lovely meal yesterday the staff very helpful and meal was very good been here before and it’s great to use tesco vouchers towards meals. Lovely place by the Thames.
Great atmosphere the history of this delightful pub cuddles you the minute you walk in the door. Excellent food and friendly polite staff. Best of all a roaring fire on a cold winter afternoon is a must ��

Fantastic Pub. Live Jazz on a Sunday Lunch time great food and Staff. We had a roast beef and a roast pork very good indeed will definitely be back. The new manager is just lovely
Fantastic warm welcome , the land Lady is just lovely we hadn't booked but she found us a table, the food was great the service was spot on, Joe took our order and severed our food he was delightful the atmosphere was fantastic. We will be back with friends.
Large restaurant by the River, welcoming open fire in winter, great midweek or for a Sunday dinner, warm vibrant atmosphere, food certainly above average
First time visiting Bulls Head and the food was really good. The dishes we had amongst us were burger, salmon and pie and all of them were excellent quality and good portion size. We were lucky with the weather so got to sit outside watching the river rise with the tide. The atmosphere inside is very cozy and should be perfect for a winters night out. I recommend that you try out Bulls Head as I'm sure you'll have a good time over drinks or a meal.

One of my favourite pubs! I love spending time here it’s so relaxing and doesn’t feel like London at all. I recommend a visit. I had Gammon Egg and Chips and it was really nice! The Aspall is delicious, staff were friendly even though we had 4 children who were loud they understood.
One of the best pubs by the river, just love it here. There is such a welcoming and cosy feeling at this pub, all the staff are friendly and work very hard, Nathan is an absolute star. There is a great menu and the steak and ale pie is amazing! The fact it's dog friendly too is just another bonus. All these reasons are why Stanley (my dog) and I are regulars here.
Another tough one to review as is on the wonderful Strand on the Green, which is lovely.
There is a basic and predictable selection of drinks available too. The food wasn’t too bad with the Korean chicken selection and beef pie not being too bad. I was leaning towards a three star review as it was all very average, but the stressed and overworked staff were friendly and trying very hard. The dark haired lady was very nice too and was clearly doing her best to make it all work.
Three stars for Mitchell & Butlers for running this place to the bare minimum staff wise, but fair play to those there doing their best. Hopefully the company do more to support their staff in future.
It's the best Chef and Brewer pub we have tried. We had cod and chips and the slow cooked beef rib, plus a few small side dishes. The food was well cooked, well seasoned and delicious. We had cod and chips at other Chef and Brewer pubs but the one at the Bulls Head was the best. Lovely atmosphere and service was also excellent.
Got completely stuffed after just two courses! We have been trying all the Chef & Brewer pubs and this one is so far the best. Not sure why, but the food taste better and the staff were very friendly. Got the best table too. The slow cooked beef is recommended. Dogs are welcome and lovely view of the Thames are included free.
One of my favourite pubs along the river. Great to sit river side and enjoy the views or if you like it a little quieter, the front patio area is also lovely and relaxing. Be prepared, this place gets very very busy on sunny days, so sit back and relax whilst Nathan, Jobin, Sakeeza, Barbara and the rest of the team look after you.
Very dog friendly, Stanley gives 10/10 for the supply of gravy bones available for your doggy friends.

Not just another steak and ale pie by any means. The plate itself looks great. The food looks tasty and is tasty. A nice touch from the kitchen is so appreciated. And superb service at both the bar and the table. Plus a cool riverside setting outside where you can watch the geese or the dogs or both.
Cant rate this place highly enough without it being suspicious, but I've been coming here for years, though this is my first visit for 10 years, as I always will when back in the area. The food was superb, and the range of beers fantastic. Only matched by the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, and a gorgeousview of the river. A joy for a stolen few hours. Cant wait til my next visit

I went with my daughter in law and granddaughter age 6.
They do a wonderful Sunday Roast- the best compared to all the other pubs I've eaten at. They do a great menu for the children- a drink, starter and dinner was all under £10. The service was also great. I'll definitely be eating at the Bulls Head again.
A beautiful little pub on the Thames which is full of character and charm. Things were a bit slow due to new staff learning the ropes - but that didn't affect our experience. Food was to a good standard and not too overpriced.
Lovely little place with amazing view, the fire already cracking inside, creating a beautiful wintery feel and smell. Service is very good, lovely lady taking orders and bringing food with a hospitable smile, food is OK, good presentation. Overall very good experience
This pub has always been a favorite. Updated now and with a dining room, it still retains the essential nooks and a wood burning fireplace. Still cozy. Recommended.
