Quick stop off for a bite to eat - lovely surroundings and nice menu. Waiting staff were all friendly and attentive. Food was well presented and tasty - especially the cakes!!! Washed down with a cheeky wee cocktail. Prices reasonable for the location- def recommend a visit

This place is the place to go in London,if you want excellent service and amazing food at reasonable prices,the steak is awesome and cooked exactly as you ask,visited 3 times in 2 days and lovwd it each time,Right across from Harrods and couldnt praise it any higher,thank you to the staff there !!

Looks amazing. The waiters were really pleasant. Don't like the fact that service is added to bill, tips should always be up to the customer. A bit expensive but it is in knightsbridge so to be expected. Food is okay but nothing memorable , It's more a place to go if you like lovely decor and a warm cosy setting. Ideal for cake and coffee.
My first visit to Cafe Concerto....and I’m already in line with this place. Right from sea food platter of prawns , calamari to coffee and then various desserts afterwards, each and every item is worth trying. The freshness in food and especially desserts is the USP of Cafe Concerto. Loved just everything about this place. I’m definitely going to visit this place again.
A lively place to meet up with friends for coffee and cake after a day of shopping in Knightsbridge. A pleasant ambience and good menu. The apple crumble with custard and chocolate fondant were both equally good and I thoroughly enjoyed the honey vanilla latte.

Service: a bit slow - which is somehow understandable as its located in front of harrods
Order: fruit rouge mousse + tea
Taste: the mousse is really tasty and the tea brand is twinings ( you are in England afterall :p)
I would be coming back to try some more menu items.
Mesmo em frente ao Harrod's, e num dia em que londrinos e visitantes pareciam ter invadido todos os department atores em que entrara, foi com alívio que vi que podia tomar um café sossegada, só outro lado da rua. Aqui, o café não é de todo mau e a pastelaria é simultaneamente deslumbrante e saborosa, mas o serviço é tão pouco simpático que não só apetece sair dali depressa como me esqueci de tirar fotografias, o que não é de todo meu.

caffe concerto is an excellent place for lunch and breakfast,(not to mention some nice coffee).
the Risotto and grilled chicken are the star dishes of this outlet, I have been for breakfast and ordered a hot chocolate, and a full English breakfast. the sausage eggs and mushroom were perfectly cooked and yum, the hot chocolate was very good, the granola with fresh fruits is also very very good.
I love this place and would go again very very soon..
After a long morning walking around in Harrods I stopped in this caffe to have a simply lunch.
The ambience of the place is fabulous, you feel transported to another century. I asked for an almond and Apple rissoto which lacked a little of salt mas was very tastefull.
I also tasted the sandwiches they have which are a great idea for a quick but good luch. I tried also the lamb shak and I have to say it had one of the best mashed potatos I tried!
The only downside is the service, really slow, we waited at least 20m for a coffee in the end of the meal.

Odd I know but my boyfriend and I visited this restaurant twice on the same day! We went once in Chelsea for lunch and the stumbled across it again in the evening when shopping in Knightsbridge! We fancied a bit of coffee and cake and thought there was no place as perfect as this due to having seen the selection of cake they serve in their other outlet! The array of beautifully decorated cake is huge and very mouth watering!
We were a little worried about the growing queue of people that faced us as we entered. Although we were seated straight away due to there being on two of us...families were often turned down that evening if they weren't visiting for a full meal as the restaurant was too busy to simply except customers solely visiting for cake!
We both had a ginormous slice of chocolate cake: one milk chocolate and one white chocolate and its safe to say both tasted tremendous! Non cake lovers would find it a little sickly, but not us!
Overall the experience was just as nice as our last. The service was a little better yet still quite odd and disjointed, but hey maybe that's just how the chain functions!

Cafe Concerto does not do home delivery. I've been to this restaurant before and enjoyed my meal, but I was looking for some place that delivers and this is currently incorrect on Zomato.

Went to the Cafe after window shopping in Harrods.
what caught my attention was the 1800 century ambience that the place endorsed. I pulled my friend in the cafe and we loved what we ordered.
Food : We called for traditional bruschetta, toasted French Baguette grilled chicken pesto, Concerto croqué, hot chocolate and Americano
Except the bruschetta rest all was delicious.
Ambience: It gave me immense pleasure to see the medieval interiors and the authentic feel to the place. For a foodie like me ambience and service both matter as well. if you are visiting London and really wanna get a feel of the place like it would have been a century ago this is a place you must try. As rh name suggests it has a concert feel to it.
Service : needs to improve they were too slow and not that friendly.
overall for the two of us and with all what we ordered it cost us 25-28 pounds

What can one say about a place that serves good coffee, good appetisers, good main courses and an amazing selection of dessert pastries?? I'd say the place would be pretty good. The only thing that stops Caffe` Concerto from being a proper diner restaurant is the limited options on the menu. But then again, that is not the charm of what this place. I had ordered a pasta, a hot chocolate and had been saving my appetite for the most inviting pastries (which were very closely decorated near my table), and all I can say is that it was a good choice.
Really loved this place. Nice decor and great place for coffee, cake and food. The location is great, not far from Harrods and usually open till late. I had the Honey cake here which was very delicious. One of the best honey cakes you can have. I also had the chocolate cake which was also nice and fresh. This place has to be your regular spot if you live or work around Knightsbridge or if you visiting and what a place to sit and relax.
I took a break to have breakfast and chose to sit outside. Enjoyed people watching as I enjoyed a golden latte. I ordered the vegan breakfast I enjoyed was a testament to the chef's creativity.
Good food, good excellent staff. A perfect dine dine in the heart of Knightsbridge to enjoy the spectacular view from. Service was A star, well done all. A note for my regular server Asif; you did an amazing job mate, always present at the table, quick in taking order and giving an explanation as per the occasion. Good work.
2nd occasion eating here....a great experience. Food is very good quality... price isn't too bad considering location. Stop off here whilst shopping as a treat. Coffee was excellent... English Breakfast Very good. Tea is strong.
It was a pleasure as usual. Spend a lot of time here and Saqlain always does a great job. Love the view of Harrods outside. Highly recommend it.
