Be At One Spitalfields is probably the best branch in this chain that I've seen. The staff are really amazing and the service is good. Given the size it's advisable to arrive early, especially during their 241 special. The vibe is really great and I'd strongly advise one of the whiskey or milkshake cocktails (try a Popster with some popcorn). Given that it's a cocktail bar, I was disappointed by the limited range of whiskey/y and gin.

I have to say this Be At One is probably a TARDIS because it's definitely bigger on the inside. As a big fan of this chain I have visited most of their bars in London and I never paid too much attention to this one. The main reason is that the ground floor always seems very small and crowded so unless it was warm enough to spread out to the pavement in Spitalfields I would not bother to go in.
That is why when my friend Emma booked her leaving party there I was confused as to where the 30 people she invited could possibly fit on a Saturday night. Turns out they have a basement which is ideal for a group of 30-50 people, has its own bar and bartender just for your group and offer the privacy and exclusivity you would want on the night.
A tiny mishap on the night, the power cut off for a bit and it took a while to get it back, even if the upstairs was not affected. However the staff were very nice and friendly like they always are in B@1 (it is part of how they have to behave) so they kept checking up on us to make sure we were ok. The rest of the night went on without any problems.
The cocktails were great as always and there have been some new additions to their menu, which was also recently redesigned. The music was great for dancing, pop, RnB, hip hop etc. For me it is the perfect bar as you can dance all night and enjoy cocktails but without the crowded, dark, stinky environment of a club.
If you are thinking of visiting, it's a pretty good option but I will have to recommend the Covent Garden Russell Street B@1 or the Soho Greek Street ones instead if it is your first Be At One experience.
A fun and vibrant chain of bars sprawled throughout London. Here you can find the most imaginative drinks, a personal favourite being the "English fizz". This drink will take you back to summer and keep you refreshed at any time of the year. With great staff service and a good group of friends you are guaranteed to have a night to remember.
Be At One has several bars throughout London and I've visited a few but the one in Spitalfields is definitely my favourite.
The service is always fantastic; even when they are really busy the bar tenders manage to serve the customers really quickly. Also if you’re bamboozled by the extensive cocktail menu they always have good recommendations. The bar has a great friendly atmosphere and an outside seating area. If you’re looking for some after work drinks this is a great place to visit.
The Happy Hour has 2 4 1 cocktails or if you miss the Happy Hour slot download the Be At One app which lets you have your own Happy Hour at whatever time. I definitely recommended the Pornstar Martini's or the June Bug if you’re after a fruity cocktail.
Be At One is a chain of american bars throughout London. It sells cocktails and plays loud rock music. The one is Spitalfields is my favorite in London so far because the bar staff are particularly friendly and eccentric. Also this one has a large outdoor seating area just across the road where you can drink jugs of Pimms during the summer after a stroll around Spitalfields and Bricklane markets.
There's a large variety of cocktails and they're ok but a bit expensive. However the atmosphere makes up for it. I've always bumped into people who were up for chatting and have a good time. I've had really memorable moments in here and love going back.

Staff are super friendly and helpful - I haven't eaten here so I can't comment on the food but the cocktails are really good - Not that expensive either. I tried the PB & Jelly shot too, if you like 'sweet' you'll love that one! If you are in the area, worth popping in!
I think they should open at 12 on a Saturday instead of 1 though.
We went to this bar because it was near to us and we were really surprised. The bar was so cool and had good style, you feel comfortable at your first step into the bar. The staff is so incredibly nice and they hype everyone up to have fun. We’ve been there 2 nights in a row and would definitely come back here.
We loved the drinks. The atmosphere and music were great, its for people who want to go out and have a nice evening. Here you have music drinks and nice people. It’s so worth it !!! 10/10

Come here with my friends for happy hour before 7pm. Would recommend for a nice cocktail and love music like 70’s or 80’s
Kadir was absolutely fabulous today, he recommended a smoked old fashion which was out of this world, he made it to perfection, I enjoyed it sooo much so that I ordered 3 rounds of 2 that's 6 in total wow. The service he provided was awesomeeee, I attended with my sister and had no complaints, had such a fabulous and superb night, thank you sooooooooo much Kadir 🙏🏽💪🏽
From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the ambiance and the warm welcome from the staff. The drink selection is impeccable, the music set the perfect mood for a relaxed evening out. We walked past this place and ended up having a super fun time! Really fun place for some day drinking, good music and dancing. The cocktails are amazing and the staff is really fun and nice, they are even doing some performances to the songs, dance with the crowd or throw ice and napkins around. It‘s really fun!
However, at one point I collected the napkins from the ground (which were thrown from the staff first) and threw them in the air. A few seconds later a barkeeper came to me and told me in a strict tone that I should not do that and after saying that they threw them first he said „I saw you. Don’t do that again“ I was kinda taken back, because they were so laid back before. My opinion on that: If you don’t want people to throw stuff, then don’t do it yourself.
We had a brilliant day with the Team from Spitalfields. Their customer service was amazing and could not do enough for my party. The only criticism was we were downstairs on a hot day and the Air Conditioning wasn’t working. Apart from that, absolutely brilliant. Also, thanks for the flowers for my wife 👍

We went here unplanned as it was on our way back to the station after going to Spitalfields. A few hours later we are still here. Best atmosphere, great music and so much better than other bars! You have to watch the video to understand.
