Popped in for a quick breakfast on a Wednesday, ordered a skinny Capp and the avocado, chorizo and feta on sourdough... in a word 'joy' packed full of flavor, fresh and fabulous with the best chorizo I have tasted in the UK. Such a simple breakfast with a great result couldn't recommend this more. Great service, cozy little place.

This place is always busy and justifiably so as it does a solid breakky and lunch. Get in early in the day if you want an inside spot prior to the brunch rush, but even outdoors is cosy with blankets and heating. Very on trend currently.

The hipster folk of London seem to be claiming all areas of their own and it’s becoming almost impossible to go anywhere without tumbling over a line of people waiting for brunch, the fashionable weekend meal of choice. You know that I detest waiting in line, but luckily scouts are out in advance looking for a brunch spot one weekend and they happen to have snagged us a table at Brew Cafe, a buzzing spot on Northcote Rd in Wandsworth.

On my visit to London town, came here for a late brunch with the ladies. I ordered the burger, pickle and chips it was delish cooked medium rare and juicy, though I wasn't feeling the best so it was a struggle. The ladies got the salmon hash which looked lovely and was a nice brunch addition rather than your typical eggs Benedict. Nice quirky spot in Clapham 😁

The menu here is amazing, it was a tough choice choosing between the corn fritters and the granola but I ended up going with the granola. It was delicious with plums and Greek yoghurt, amazing!

Amazing breakfast spot - simple, good food done well. Mushrooms are outstanding as are the milkshakes that come in a variety of flavours.

Unbelievably busy on weekends - you will have to queue to get a table.

Went to Brew this afternoon for a late brunch after rising in the afternoon after a late night out! The weather was lovely so all the seats outside were taken, but we got a table no problem inside. Three of us went for the smoked salmon and hash with poached egg special and Saz went for the burger and chips. Food arrived quickly and have to say it was not what I was expecting but still tasted delicious. Probably two of the best poached eggs I have ever had.

I sat in here and had a delightful breakfast all to myself this weekend, after the friend I was meeting fell back to sleep and accidentally stood me up. Poor me, I know. But don't worry, there's a nice end to this sob story. And that end tastes like blueberry pancakes and an apple, peal and spinach smoothie.

It's noisy, crowded, and my lord it's not cheap. But it is AMAZING.

Positively grooving with Claphamhite young professionals and hipsters alike, Brew is packed with a few people waiting outside.  Luckily they move pretty quickly and even on a blustery day, manage to seat us outside while we wait for pockets of sun.

The menu is pretty long so come prepared with some sort of idea with what you like - it's positively teaming with hipstery silly names - apparently the Bloody Mary includes a scud chilli but none of the staff can tell us what this is, so it's Google to the rescue.

My sweetcorn fritters are fantastic, a respectably large portion with crispy bacon.  Husband is equally happy with his choice of chorizo eggs on sourdough and the Eggs Royale and Brew breakfast salad are met with equal approval.

The Bloody Mary is more virginal than bloody and is not spicy enough to warrant the inclusion of the Scud Chilli (Which is apparently Thai birds eye chilli according to Mr Google).

All in all, somewhere I would come back to in a heartbeat!

On the more expensive end of Northcote road breakfast/brunch places, the breakfast is very good. It's a shame it's so popular as it's usually full on the weekends.

Excellent Aussie/Kiwi Style Cafe. We are from Melbourne and found this bustling cafe a Godsend for coffee and breakfast, as good as you get back home. The menu's are great, and reasonably priced, the staff and friendly and they have great coffee EVERY time. If I had to note some low points I would say that it can get very busy and when that happens the service can be a little slow, although that seems to bother my partner more than it does me. Get there early on a weekend so you don't have to queue!

I love Brew. It's a regular on our weekend brunch list, and I'm not sure why I haven't blogged about it earlier. Maybe because I hate queuing. And sharing.  The CG orders these mushrooms with balsamic and pesto every time we go. Obsessed. In a good way.

We were on the lookout for fresh, fun food with an atmosphere to match. Brew’s at number 45, a tiny place spewing out seats through the front door onto a little terrace. They’ve crammed in seating for about 25 people on the front – clearly against fire regs – and inside is similarly as

Delicious breakfast, very quick service and your never waiting for too long in the que. Even if you are it's worth it. The best eggs in battersea - I still think it's better than the breakfast club. I would give them 5/5 but the cutlery they give you to cut through crusty sourdough bread is just silly.

Very cozy atmosphere and good location. Perhaps a bit on the pricey side but well worth a trial if you're a brunch fanatic like myself. We ordered the pancakes and the mushroom toast. Pancakes were very delicious and fluffy. Nice consistency and pleasant dash of lemon zest with the maple syrup. Maybe worth adding a few more blueberries to justify the price more! Mushroom toast was the star of the show. Nicely cooked, creamy and good quality sourdough bread used. Worth a visit if you're in the area and love brunching!

Really great cafe on Northcote Road. Always skeptical about brunch recommendations as people claim "it's the best!" And it disappoints but Brew definitely doesn't. The foods amazing and the coffee is really well done. Would 100% recommend.

We come to Brew from time to time as it always offers quality coffee and food. Last time we went just before Xmas and enjoyed Xmas special food there. Food is with a bit of twist and special so I always enjoy my meals. It is a bit on the expensive side but you can expect that for Northcote Road in general and even in spite of it there are usually queues to get in so better to come early. I like the front porch as they have heaters and blankets, but there also nice places inside On the negative side the tables are very close so it’s not a lot of space there but adds to the character. Also the toilet is so tiny that I couldn’t actually properly stand while washing my hands (I was 8 months pregnant). I still enjoyed our visit, the service was nice so will be coming back again

The staff was lovely and friendly. The cafe is cute and small and the food was alright. We ordered the folded eggs which was nice. The sweet corn fritters were alright. The blueberry pancake was good and fluffy.

What a fab llittle place, from outside it is very hard to tell how tasty food they serve. Visited last night with friend. We took advantage of set menu offer £15 for 3 dishes which was recently introduced (We were advised by waitress), she was very helpful and very knowledgeable about dishes. For the starter I ordered Thai squid which was delicious, my friend had soup which I didn't hesitate to try.. Very tasty. For the main we had chicken and ravioli ..Deserts were to die for.. I would definitely recommend this place. Great value for money.. We were happily surprised when chef came out of kitchen to check if food was ok? we felt looked after ..Planning to go back for Turkish breakfast

Delicious Turkish Eggs were perfect for brunch, along with a very smooth latte. A bit expensive (over £10 for brunch dish) but on par with the other brunch options in the area. Expect to queue 10-15mins if you arrive 11ish at the weekend, and it's a bit squashed, but the food is very tasty and the service is friendly and fast.

What a lovely little find. My partner and I had breakfast yesterday and we were very pleased with both the food and service. The Australian manager (I didn't catch her name) was absolutely fabulous, particularly in dealing with my dietary requirements. Very friendly and made our visit. We will definitely be back.
