I have to say the prices at first put me off visiting this place, but boy is the food worth it! Exceptional flavor and attention to detail - tried the spiced crab and give it 9/10 for flavor, then had sea bass (ok) and roasted cauliflower with truffle and parmesan (strong flavor), amazing treat albeit a small venue, would definitely recommend a visit (£200 for 2 starters/mains/sides/coffees and a glass is on high side).

Casa Cruz was one of the better meals I have had in London for a while. The restaurant is elegant, almost regal, and the service quite meticulous. It also has a lovely bar to have a drink before being seated. I had the raw tuna and avocado starter. followed by the seared lemon sole as a main. My friend had the spiced crab followed by the lamb shoulder. All dishes were perfectly prepared and very tasty. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Casa Cruz is a fun spot in Notting Hill serving primarily Argentina inspired dishes, with a menu focused on grilled meats, fish and sides. The steak was delicious and the people watching was highly entertaining.

Owner Juan Santa Cruz in front of his new restaurant, Casa Cruz. Photo courtesy of the internet. 2015. 123 Clarendon Road. Atmosphere: 3.5 stars. Service: 3 stars. Food: 3.75 stars. Price/Value: 3.5 stars. Overall: 3.5 stars. Bowler man. NHYM 2015. . The first thing that struck me as I arrived at this new restaurant on Clarendon Road, was the large imposing copper door that I mistook for a vault door rather than the entrance. In front stood a bowler-hatted gentlemen who opened the door for me. I was confused, having used a different entrance in all the various incarnations of this restaurant; Wiz (or Woz?), which served a mishmash of international plates, The Notting Grill by Anthony Worrall Thompson (which sadly closed during the recession), and the Clarendon, a Gastropub which was too loud to hear yourself speak and where I would often run into Nico, Pippa Middleton’s on-off boyfriend. This spot has a long restaurant history, which has all ended in closure, so hats off to Juan Santa Cruz if he can make this a long-standing success.

A great place to spend the evening, primarily due to the incredible staff. It is really noticeable how attentive and intuitive the waiters are, and really makes the restaurant shine apart from similar competitors in London. My glass of wine was never empty and we felt so well looked after from start to finish by every single member of staff. The decor is fab and food great but the fantastic staff really took the crown for me. Thank you!

Beautiful ambience in the terrace. Argentinian vibes are lacking a bit. But overall good experience

We went for a celebration and the restaurant did not disappoint. The meat was cooked to perfection and the sides we chose were great. We went for the domino potatoes and corn. The service was good as there were not a lot of people to attend. Would definitely be back!

Had the most amazing dinner last Sunday!! The food was just superb - quality ingredients, such a unique and interesting menu, with lots to pick from. Also loved that they had so many halal options! The blackened chicken and humita spiced corn were our favs! Desserts were fab too, especially the lemon Madeleines. Above all, the service of the waiters and manager was fantastic, they really went up and above to make our evening comfortable - they did everything right, from talking us through the menu, making sure we were seated comfortably by the fire, took pictures for us and most of all, they were so friendly! We were there from 7pm till closing, we were literally the last to leave, not once did they rush us, or even ask for payment! They were so polite and such a cheerful team! Definitely recommend this place, the service and the food!

Trendy “latino-ish” restaurant. Vitello tonnato was a bit wet, as if the meat wasn’t given enough time to defreeze and dry. Ribeye is excellent but could be served warmer. Great selection of wines but overpriced

I was visiting with someone who's obsessed with Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle website, Goop. The restaurants we visited were almost exclusively recommended by Goop and a handful of them were flops - pretentious, expensive, and unsatisfactory. This place is definitely pretentious, but I enjoyed the food. It wasn't cheap, but the variety of dishes and flavours in addition to the intimate, quiet atmosphere made up for it.

Literally a perfect evening, yet again, at Casa Cruz. The food was perfect, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was both elegant and warm. I loved it and can't wait for our next night out at Casa Cruz!

Beautiful place nearby the Notting Hill, with a cosy terrace. Exceptional food, wine and drinks; professional and friendly staff. The most of the dishes are to share, so you can taste them all at the same time. Perfect for romantic dinner and family/friends nights.

Shared a casual business dinner between 3 of us and really enjoyed the setting and ambiance of Casa Cruz. Decor is deco styled with comfortable banquettes and the place has an air of an old school Parisian restaurant. Food is Euro Latino fusion! We ate Fish and Buratta as starters and Fillet steak and Iberico pork as mains with delicious vegetable sides of hispi cabbage, sweet and roast potatoes, oyster mushrooms and glazed carrots. Deserts were delicious with Dulce de leche flan, ice creams and a sundae, all amazing. Had craft German beers but the wine list looked quite extensive and I saw a few cocktails being shaken and stirred! Will be back as a couple to try more dishes and to tuck into some nice Argentinian reds! Only reason it was not a 5 was that the steak although perfectly cooked had sat too long on the pass and was not that hot when it arrived, however, the quality of the produce shone through!
