Falafel Feta was delicious and the server very nice. Place looks nice and wasn’t too crowded. Would recommend
Have been here at least 5 or 6 times now.
Some of the best tasting falafels I've eaten in the city. The bowl is very filling in itself but I recommend adding the feta or the aubergine toppings too, amazing!
Large serving but slightly more expensive than your usual falafel spot.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and seating is comfortable.
Perfect spot to get a quick work lunch
Clean and vibrant as ever! Fast and ready to eat. The falafel and aubergine is amazing. Fresh made and genuine. Thanks. Feast for the eyes! When you want something different than the everyday pettycoat lane market. 💁🏻♂️
Always a pleasure at a Pilpel. Great staff and service and food is normally great. This had been my first time at this branch and only complaint was the falafel was a bit less soft and hot than other branches I've been to but other than the food hit the mark.
From £7.50 for a good size takeaway. Quality fresh, healthy food, made with (speedy) care and attention by friendly staff. Nice soft seating and daylight, comfy spot. Perfect for vegetarians, great range of options.
Highly recommend.

Delicious, authentic Middle Eastern food at an affordable price. I visited here twice on my recent visit to London and really enjoyed the incredible food on each visit. On my first visit I had the 'saabich' which was a pita bread filled with houmous, aubergine and hard boiled egg, this was delicious. On my second visit I had a falafel and artichoke bowl served with a pita, this was even better and the falafels were the best I've tasted. The staff are also friendly and passionate, and explain everything. Lastly, the prices were extremely reasonable and good value for money, with the saabich costing only £6.59 and the falafel bowl costing only £9.49, I loved this eatery and will definitely visit again when in London.
Very tasty falafel here. Highly recommended lunch spot. Friendly service often giving out nice little tasters.
The falafel sandwich here is just so good!! I loved it with aubergine. My second time visiting this outstanding place so far, it always reminds me of the local falafel shops back in my home. 5/5
Really friendly, tried the falafel pitta with aubergine and all the salads. Lovely guy on the front on Wednesday evening, very welcoming, amazing falafel, houmous excellent. A shame there is no wrap option is only thing but generally excellent and would recommend
Just great, the staffer offered me a felafel and tahini just become there was a queue! Everything was fresh, hot and super tasty. The aubergine pitta was great value and would definitely go again. Really up there in our world-wide felafel hunt!!
A hidden gem stuck between the streets. They freshly fry the felafels on order. When you buy it as a plate or wrap, the portions in both are very large. It is quite satisfying for its price. In addition, its employees are very kind and friendly. They give information about the wide range of topping without getting bored. A flavour stop that you should not miss if you fall on these sides.
Very helpful staff. Great hummus, but tiny portion included with salad and falafel. Order the hummus separately if that is why you are visiting, as it's very good. Falafel overcooked (hard) to my personal preference. Fresh salad good. Pitta pillow like and wonderful.
very tasty falafel, fresh vegetables, low price, smiling personnel- totally recommended!
fresh and super good value, staff is super nice too
I’ve just returned from pilpel, evening of 15th Dec. Food was tasty, portions sizeable and a fair price. The staff were great, particularly the lady serving and putting the falafel dishes together. A friendly conversation, when not expected goes a really long way.
Best falafel I've ever had! No contest
Really great food, falafels made fresh in small batches, it's my weekly treat! The staff are really friendly and energetic!!!
