I came here for a late breakfast and was pleasantly surprised to find such an interesting menu. Very friendly staff and rustic interior. Can get overcrowded sometimes but I highly recommend this place.
Cafe Kick remains the top place on exmouth market for drinking/partying. The reason i say this is because it is always packed with a young vibrant crowd. The interior decor is, similarly to its bigger sister "Bar Kick" in Shoreditch, laid back and quirky. There are three foosball tables for any game amateurs. This bar serves a great choice of beers and in particular as great ale from Belgium called "Duval" (comes in a bottle). I have not tasted any food here so cannot unfortunately comments on its quality. My gut feeling though is that Cafe Kick is not the best place to dine on Exmouth Market with fantastic restaurant all around. As i said though, its the top choice for drinks. What i particularly love about Cafe Kick is the wooden floor which i think adds alot to the warm atmosphere running through the bar.
My advice: Anyday, anytime, a great place!
Enjoy!
The other "Kick" Bar/Cafe of the two existing in London. This one is located on a lovely pedestrians street on Exmouth Market. It is considerably smaller than its twin in Shoreditch, however it provides a more familiar and friendly environment. Fusball is still on offer with three tables at your disposal. You may also want to watch games there. All the arsenal games are shown for fans.
Cafe Kick is a really lively place! It is by definition a sports bar, but having been there on many occasions, I don't think I've actually watched any sport there because there are so many things to distract you: The main distraction are the fusball tables which cost £1 per game. You can order all sorts of drinks, and classic pub food which really isn't bad considering how many mouths they have to feed in there. The cured ham board is a great option for sharing.
I am such a big fan of this French-style bar/cafe in Exmouth market. Whenever I come here with friends, I have a great time. Staff are always friendly and you can tell they enjoy working here. Also, the selection of wine is varied and affordable. Had food here a few times and it never disappoints either. I can't recommend this spot enough!
Lovely atmosphere, good vibes, quite busy on a weeknight
Very laid back, romantic atmosphere with boss nova and delicious bites. Fun, extensive wine selection from all over Europe. I love that they had different sized carafes too!
Great place to sit back and enjoy some wine on a beautiful July afternoon. Very nice, laid back atmosphere. Waitress was very attentive and took exceptional care of us.
Love this place, has the feel of a European cafe/Bar, excellent atmosphere, music playing in background, Perfect for live football, lots of screens, great choice of beer's from Europe, food looked lovely, Staff extremely friendly and great service, and table football, what more could you want!.
I love cafe Kick! Great cocktails, energetic and unique environment and the staff is always happy to help. Great for the winter as well (without Covid) to play fussball!
My favourite place in Exmouth Market and strong candidate to my favourite place in London. I discovered it during the pandemic and everything's great: atmosphere, food, music, and the people! I'm coming every week now!!
What a lovely and lively place. My Campari spritz was great. Prices are good. The staff is nice. The atmosphere is top. Love the Spain '82 decor 🇮🇹
Vibes immaculate, nice seating outside with heaters. Lovely staff
Popular & stylish cafe/bar with a 60s vibe and 21st century bijou menu of bagels & homemade meals/soup. Great coffees. Extensive bar. Lovely friendly staff. Recommended.
Just incredible. Amazing drinks, fantastic service, ice cold beer and lovely baby guiness.
Wonderful wine and cheese with lovely staff. Great for people watching.
food menu here changes twice a day.. a bit confusing since apparently we arrived in the middle of a change and been starving for an hour. Food is not great either (except oysters)
Kicker table that we came for in the first place got turned into a regular table at some point, understandable due to the big crowd but still a bummer!
The atmosphere is a vibe though! Great wines and cocktails (tried Negroni which was really good)
On my Arrival at 12.30pm. There wasn't a empty table very busy. I came back later. Ordered sausage X2 chips with beans only £3.90 great value. A very large portion.which I very much enjoyed..
It's located inside Exmouth market.
Breakfasts , hot meals , sandwiches and snacks. Hot and cold beverages.
Open Monday to Saturday 9 - 4 pm.
I very highly recommend this place.
The place is a small paradise, great food and drinks, fun and lively environment. Welcoming to all
Very nice for brunch, good pan con tomate and a mixed plate of different pintxos
Walked past this cafe/pub/restaurant for the best part of 4 years and never went in; my loss.
Purely based off the chickpea and aubergine stew, and the fact that Man City conceded in the 98th minute as I mopped it up with the bread, I can only give this 5 stars. Fantastic staff were quick to offer more bread, which is a pretty good sign that you're in the right place for lunch, in one of the nicest parts of London.
Oh, and great value - under £10 for the stew and a drink.
