We had breakfast at Beit el Zaytoun and we were very pleased with the service and the food. The atmosphere is summery and very welcoming. We had the Lebanese full breakfast and there was something of many things (see pics) that is so fulfilling for two adults and a little one. The tea was great. The prices are very decent and good value for money. The service was excellent. Parking is free over weekends.
Enjoyed this place many a time, breakfast menu is decent, lunch and dinner has also been a hit with good portion size for the price. They also do shisha. I like the fact that the menus aren't extensive as it makes it easier to choose. The decor and ambience always good. Music at a good level. Staff always have a smile on their face. Will always come back here!

Super relaxing and chilled out atmosphere. Set on the bank of the canal with wide open (but covered) views and gentle breezes makes this a very calming dining experience.
As a group of three and being spoilt for choices on the menu we chose the taster menu option, six different starters followed by a platter of grilled meats, rice and veg. All cooked perfectly, meats were juicy and tender, rice, soft and fluffy.
The food was brought out at a leisurely pace and proved to be a little too much for us to finish it all so were given a carton to take away with what we could not eat.
Service was polite and friendly, there was a decent choice of drinks before and during the meal and the mint tea (part of the taster menu) was very satisfying.
Very popular with the shisha smokers of this world, but the area is so open and well ventilated it did not affect our dining. No rush to get you out after you have finished your meal which makes a pleasant change despite being busy.
All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience that we shall have again I am sure.
The place looked really busy especially for shisha, but we went in for dinner and the food was great. Cooked very well and the flavours were delicious. The host was really friendly and nice, the waiter looked like he couldn’t care less about anyone. It also didn’t seem like they have many options for dietary restrictions. Apparently they have live music occasionally, it sounds interesting and I’d go back to try this place again.
Delicious food here and great shisha too. Lovely setting inside along the canal, very spacious and lots of seating. I’ve been here many times before and the food has always been amazing. They’ve changed the menu and so this time I had the homemade lamb shoulder with rice and it was incredible. The portions are very generous.
One of my favourite Lebanese restaurants in London. I’ve been coming to Beit El Zaytoun for a few years now and have always found it to be a great place to visit, especially with family and friends. The customer service is always really good. I’d like to say a big thank you to Mazen, who always treats my family and I with the best service. The food quality is excellent and is much better than the Edgware Road equivalent of Lebanese restaurants. All of the food tastes fresh, good portion sizes and is good quality. The food is more on the pricier side but is good quality. The decor is beautiful and has a really nice ambience to it. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent food but service could improve, I was not served one of the dishes, had to chase 3 times to be told that it wasn't available. The missing dish was then added to the bill. The restaurant has a beautiful setting by the canal, definitely recommend it for the food and atmosphere

This place is still amazing! Great staff and amazing atmosphere! Went for the platter (for 3) shared amongst 4, and it was perfectly filling! Love, love, LOVE this place!
Just visited for breakfast/brunch with family. Seated straight away. The food came very quickly. Everything was tasty, presented well and the portions generous. Staff were really polite, friendly and helpful throughout. Will definitely be back :)

This is a massive restaurant that does food and shisha (aka hookah, water pipe) and sometimes live music too (although we didn't experience this on the day we went). As soon as you step inside, you are greeted with stunning decorations, plants, lights and modern elegant well thought-out setting. Lots of opportunities for beautiful pics. We were quite a big party so ordered a ton of food. It arrived fairly quickly and everything was super tasty and well presented. Portion sizes are on the smaller side. The service was really good the first time and the waitress was really patient however the 2nd time although the waitress was friendly, we did have to keep calling out for staff walking by for different things. The smaller table size is appalling. Anything more than 2 adults +2 children on the table is really a squeeze and by the time the food arrives, you really don't have any space on the tables.
It is located around an industrial estate in park royal, and parking might be an issue during the day. After half 6, there are no restrictions though.
The only reason I gave this place a 4 is because of its sustainability. The pitta bread came in individual plastic bags (this is the same from 2021 to now) which is a complete waste. And the plants are all artificial. Now I understand it is quite a big place so might take a lot of effort to maintain real plants but there can be a few by the entrance or designated areas. This place would look totally grande with some real plants.
Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant. An absolute gem of a place with delicious food, photo worthy ambience and great views.
