I have visited and eaten here for a few years now and love it. In the summer you can sit out in the Common.
Staff are very welcoming and attentive, great menu, fab selection of wines, beers and spirits.
I tend to visit early afternoon while it's quiet. I have noticed they have recently given it a bit of a makeover and a clear out, looks brighter and lighter.
Such a relaxed environment defiently worth a visit.
We booked a corner of the pub to hold a wake after a funeral. Everything ran very smoothly, the atmosphere was just right, the service great and the buffet proved very popular. Thank you.
Nice pub, enjoyed the food. I had forgotten my credit cards and was told cash wasn't accepted which made me feel unwelcome.... fortunately the person I was with had a card and could pay. Sad to see a pub not accepting cash.
Great location on the edge of Putney Common with some tables on the common too. Newly refurbished interior is looking great and the service is friendly & good.

The outdoor seating on part of the common is the best part of this pub, really nice in summer months.
This is our local pub and we adore it, especially in the Summer! My fav is Tuesday Burger special. 15 pounds for veggie burger fries and house wine

Nice chilled pub a little outside putney. Always a nice family feel and good drink choices. Always a good atmosphere too
Wonderful Staff and extremely accommodating. Held the wake here for my Grandparent's passing and whilst we seemed to be eager to feed the 5,000, the team advised and ensured that on the day no more food was provided, despite the over ordering.
Lived in Putney for numerous years and feel very silly for not coming in sooner.
