Me and my friend came here for a catch-up session and were greeted by Amanda. She was an amazing hostess. The experience started when she allocated our table for 2 and then she recommended and offered us tasters for the best red wines there. Not only did she pay attention to our needs but also to our budget. We also ordered the hummus, all dishes were delectable and rich. She also was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to pairing the perfect cheese for the wine and was very patient with us while we chose what we found to be the best match of cheese and wine. Even offered a small serving of honey. She was also super attentive and gave great customer service with a very sweet attitude. Checked up on us every now and then and we overall loved her. Best experience and customer service ever. Here is what we ordered.
Came here with my best friend to spend some quality time. The hostess Amanda was amazing, she was lovely and gave us great recommendations of wine to buy that fit within our tastes and budget. She checked on us often and made sure we was satisfied with our afternoon, and allowed for us to have a small bowl of honey when requested. We would 100% come here again, we felt at home and we were overall ecstatic with this experience.
Love the concept of wine tasting that you can spend just £1-2 and wide range of wines. Everything is self-service here. Order menu by QR code on table / choosing - pouring wine by yourself if you love this idea then this place definitely suits you.
Also if you found the wine you like then buy a bottle is quite good deal here but if not each glass is quite pricey
Lovely self service wine bar! It was a very fun experience with a great selection of wines to choose from. The wines are on the pricier side. There’s a tiny bit of outdoor seating at this branch which looks out onto the Battersea Station. Ordered the Hanger steak sharing plate which was delicious, accompanied with lovely dips and also parsnip chips!
Lovely self serve wine bar with a ridiculous amount of choice! They even had self serve beer 🍻 Really liked that you paid as you went so no need to wait for a bill.
QR codes on the tables for ordering food, bottles or bubbles. However when I went to order a glass of fizz, I immediately abandoned the cart when I saw a 12.5% service charge added for one little glass 😅
Wine prices range from approximately £5.95+ for a small glass. Loved that you could pay for little tasters as well.

It’s expensive per glass of wine but a great way to taste many. Ate for the first time and the pizza was nice. The croquettes as a starter were amazing, would order again.
Went on a Thursday evening rather spontaneously with a bunch of people from work, and I'm so glad we stumbled upon it.
It was very busy, but the selection of wines more than made up for it!
Special shoutout to Melissa who is an absolute star and genius - she found me a wine I'd like first time and it was incredible!
Went there on Saturday and it was lovely. All the staff I encountered were friendly and accommodating. The taste of the food lived up to the presentation and the wine was worth it. Definitely recommending it to my family and friends.
Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!! Vagabond wines was at the top of my list of things to do when I got to London. I went last night - and it did not disappoint!!
Jessie, gave us the warmest welcome - found us a table and showed us how it all worked. The food was delicious (we had the mushroom croquettes and hummus) - the selection of wines was mind-blowing!!
Vagabond is definitely my idea of heaven on earth:)
I’m a true fan of all their locations,
this one in particular, that’s why it gets mentions.
It’s an ideal place to release any tensions,
open your sense to evoke sensations.
You get wine, of course, charcuterie and cheese,
and one of the best beef to share, every piece.
It’s and easy operation, is it to success the key?
Well, beware, they don’t serve any coffee or teas.
4/5 for the fun vibe and cool staff. The wines were good and the selection was really good although would have liked to see more South African wines but that is just a personal preference. Food is okay, I’d stay away from the average flat bread pizza and stick to the charcuterie & tapas.
Love vagabond! So fun to serve yourself wine and easy to use the machines. Great choice of wine and lots of reasonably priced options. Highly recommend
Such a lovely spot near the power station. Great concept - especially now it’s all contactless. Didn’t eat but the food looked great and v reasonable so will be back for food! Wines of all price ranges.

I love how knowledgeable the staff are about the wines! They really care more about you finding a wine you like than upselling you. The new menu looks and tastes amazing!
Really cool concept!! First time in Vagabond and the staff was really helpful explaining how everything worked and recommended some wines too. Liked the atmosphere and how it is decorated. Also, I am Spanish and the Spanish croquetas are surprisingly good!!
Vagabond wine bar and restaurant what a unique experience in sampling a wide range wines from all over the world (all be it at a small cost) before deciding what like the best. Food and service were second to none. Manager Ben was knowledgable and very helpful and accommodating. He explained how things worked. We throughly enjoyed this very quirky experience. We will definitely go there again.
