What can i say? This place far exceeded my expectations. Food and service was above and beyond. Loved the vintage decor. Big shout out to the manager who made an extra special gesture to compliment my gift to the mrs. All the staff were amazing when bringing out my gift and i wasnt expecting it to be presented the way they did with customised engraving on the plate with a slice of lovely cheesecake. I had the sirloin steak which was cooked to perfection. Mrs had fillet steak again cooked to perfection. We had triple cooked chips which were soooo good. Also got a kiddi meal for my son which was enough to feed an adult. They also bought out an activity sheet with crayons to keep the lil man entertained. Mocktails were top. Very professional staff and very welcoming. Would highly recommend with family n kids or even a couples meal. Best of all its halal and has a no alcohol policy which is a rare in good steak places. Prices were reasonable and was worth the extra as the service and food was banging. Will defo come again with more friends and family. Keep it up!!
Went for a dinner last nite, it was really busy but my food came really quick ,the chef helped us explain whts on the menu to choose the best steak so we ordered rib eye steak with creamy spinach and mushroom sauce , also salmon dish and on the side we had dirty chips , I'm happy with the food and I love love their drinks. Was going to order haloumi fries but I couldn't eat more too stuffed so we will come back again definitely
Great place to go and eat. Very clean and spacious. Staff were very polite courteous. Met by staff straight away and rest of the service was very good. Didn't wait too long for the food. Toilet area was very clean and tidy.
Ordered a blossom honey flavoured chicken wings for starters which was nice, but maybe a little too sweet. Ribeye steak (medium) with mushroom sauce and tripple fried chunky chips. Also had a nojito (bottled drink) and kiwi drink (freshly made). Food was great and steak was cooked perfectly.
Cushioned seating area infront of the chef is a little too high with the table a little too low which was a little uncomfortable but I'm sure the other seating area is fine.
Slightly pricey but still worth it. Would definitely eat here again.
Me and a four friends went a few days ago - Thursday 27th October 2016.
Firstly I have to say, the staff were extremely friendly, patient and smiling.
I personally find choosing of a menu this good very difficult as I'm always spoilt for choice.
So I ended up choosing the Porter House T Bone steak 455g.
So the waitress - I wish I got her name, help me pick the sides and a great choice she made. I ordered the Josper Roasted Baby Carrots, Mash Potatoe and Peppercorn Sauce. But I got greedy and insisted on Triple Cooked Chips - Yum
The food was mouth watering a little pricey I would say but on the other hand 100% worth the taste.
I believe in life, you should always try something at least once. And this is definitely the place to try.

I went with friends and I have to say I had my doubts about this place since my friends told me this isn't like the African flavoured steak houses I'm normally used to. I have to say I was flabbergasted by the quality of the meat. Let's be honest, I feel this isn't a place you would come with your family but great place to come with just friends wanting to have a lovely meal and a good time. A truly remarkable experience and quality food. Prices may seem high for some but, hey, you get what you pay for.
Fantastic steak and homemade chip's reasonably priced would highly recommend this place massive compliments to the staff and chef's will definitely be back in the near future
Love the good quality food.... ribs are great! Burgers so filling...all my girls had a great choice of mains and we were all happy....recommend sticky toffee pud �

Nous conseillons à tous les français en visite à Londres de s'y rendre. Les plats sont juste succulents et la cuisson de la viande est parfaite. Pour l'instant, je n'ai pas vu mieux à Paris. De plus, le service est au petit soin. Merci à toute l'équipe.

We spent ages thinking about where we could have our anniversary dinner, someone recommended this place and although we were sceptical as it is so local we thought why not! And I am so glad we did, the food, the staff, the decor, everything was perfect. Highly recommend.
Feels like your in a top hotel in central London. Decor is amazing! And the service too. As for the food it was great. Sirloin steak with all the sides (shared of course with others) Would definitely go again.
We had a great time at the restaurant tonight excellent service and lovely food the beef brisket is a must try sweet potato mash was ok and pulled duck was nice. Overall amazing decor and atmosphere with great food and amazing service.
Attended an event here a few days ago and the service was impeccable despite the huge numbers. Stayed on for dinner after where the food was very good and well prepared. The drinks menu offers fresh new blends of moctails. Definitely coming back again.
Great food and atmosphere. The lunch menu was very good value and the food delicious. The burgers had the thickest patties we've ever seen and the chicken was succulent and tasty. The side salad was interesting; well dressed with avocado slices- yum!

Fresh food, delicious and well presented. Large portions- we had the grilled chicken and a stake sandwich- love it ❤️

Went there for the first time. Nice halal stake house. Nice decor and excellent service. It wasn't busy. The food was good too.
Booked a table of 7 today. I don't have anything negative to say about the restaurant. We didn't have to wait a long time to get served. Once we ordered the food didn't take long to come and when it came everything was nice and hot. The staff where very nice and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. I would defo recommend this place to everyone.
Fabulous service from the staff, halal food and mocktails were brilliant. Traditional roast was really nice. Really enjoyed the evening. Just 5 min walk from Stratford station.

I was there with my family on vacation. we discovered the place by chance. As soon as we entered, we noticed the atmosphere of the restaurant was positive; this was only exceeded by the friendliness of the staff. The food was great and I have rarely eaten such good prawns. The steak was buttery tender and the sweet potato fries were crispy - my husband also had steak of the same quality. My son's burger was sensational. The only criticism would be that the creme brulee was a bit too runny, but that didn't affect the taste. One thing is certain: if we are in London again, a visit to this wonderful restaurant will definitely be on the agenda!
I had such an amazing experience at this place. Its in my top 5 restaurant to eat of all time. Staff was very friendly, helpful and always available to give us assistance. The food was absolutely amazing. I cannot think of 1 negative thing to say about the food. The starter we had was delicious. We had the calamari, gaberi and wings. For mains we had sirilion steak, chicken steak and roast beef. The chicken was so tender and succulent. Meat would come of the bone so easily. The steak came with a bone marrow and thyme butter which was amazing. We ended our meal with Moroccan tea which was such a delight. Will definitely go there again and would also recommend others to visit.
What a great experience. The service was excellent, they all were very attentive, friendly and so considerate with our particular needs.
The food was absolutely mouth-watering halal. Brilliant for someone who is fussy. Family and friends gathering friendly. The ambience was calming, and the music was on the right volume level where I was able to hear my friends speak.

Been there few times in the past and what I remember from the past was excellent. So decided to go there again after a long time, I believe the menu may have changed slightly, just a tiny bit but still excellent, shop decor styling is very nice, food still tasted brilliant, decent pricing, welcoming and friendly customer service. Highly recommended, will go there again sometimes soon.
Just found this place for a bite of lunch.
We went for the lunch specials, I had the beef burger with smoked cheddar and my partner went for the chicken burger, both came with fries also.
The food was great, really tasty and fresh.
The service was fantastic, the girl taking our orders was very professional and friendly.
The food arrived quickly and exactly as ordered.
Great value, great service and great food.
