Great service and very good coffee. Also, enjoyed the sweet treat that we purchased. Location is excellent and the shop was very clean. Really enjoyed the basement dining and ambiance. The spiral staircase would be an issue for anyone with mobility challenges and the washrooms at in the basement
For a Nero, this is pretty good. Often call in here on way to meetings and if I’ve got a little time to kill.
Downstairs often quiet and good place to read. Coffee is as you’d expect for Nero and totally fine.

Spotted a film crew outside, so poppee into Cafe Nero for a large Mocha.
Staff were friendly enough, but the customer in front was chatting up the cashier and asked for her number, which she obliged and this delayed my service... Can't really moan about it, there could potentially be a wedding!!!
