I witnessed a worker drop my packed food that was already in a brown bag. Even though I told them "it's fine the food was perfectly fine", they refused, gave me extra fries and drinks assured me they will very quickly make a new one and apologised.
Standards are extremely high, tasty food, very clean venue.
If I could I'd give 6 stars.

we only eat here on the odd occasion as a treat but its definitely comfort food, would happily eat here more if we could but do try and keep the fast food to a minimum.
Chips here are amazing, regular size will easily feed 2 persons.

The customer service was outstanding, and I was specially impressed with the toilets because not every restaurant has good ones, but this one is really top-notch. I’ve got a cheeseburger which I recommend to everyone. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Everyone was smiling. Amazing drinks option. The portion of fries are quite big, but the fries is very testy.

Fairly normal five guys experience minus the front staff who were disinterested and got my order wrong (yes, I should've double checked the receipt but annoying he got it wrong in the first place). The other burger came out fine and as ordered, the fries were limp but cooked through. Be careful using the sink in the toilet as the water runs extremely hot, you've got about 5 seconds before it's scalding hot.
