A great little pub in a great location for drinks after work or just during the day if you are visiting. The ground floor area of the pub looks nice and quaint but if you go downstairs there is another huge bar area and further back a good garden. A good range of beers and wine too. Well worth a vis
Pub in close proximity to St. Paul’s cathedral. Very laid back, classic pub with two floors. We both got the steak and ale pie which came with peas and mashed potatoes. We were full when we left! The service was just right, nobody bothering you, but you won’t be forgotten about. Stop by here if you’
Went here for a Sunday roast and was not disappointed. The service was fantastic, the food was amazing, everything was great. We were in a fairly large group where everyone had something different and everyone said the food was great. Highly recommend.
Had a steak and ale pie with a few different beers. Food was amazing and the staff there were very kind and helpful. Very cool atmosphere within the pub itself, especially the downstairs portion. Would definitely recommend if you are in the St. Paul's Cathedral area.
Had a really nice evening here. Just stayed for drinks but the place wasn't crowded and had a good vibe, seemed to attract all walks of life. Bar staff friendly and efficient. I would definitely drink here again. Can recommend the Flint Eye, which was very well looked after. 😊 👍
Had great food ave service in an awesome pub! Enjoyed the atmosphere downstairs as much as the food (steak and ale pie) and drink!
The food is nice, although there was no "still water" option when ordering via the app. They also didn't have mushy peas to go with our fish and chips, so we opted for regular green peas. The air conditioning needs to be turned down a lot, it's 20 degrees outside and there's absolutely no need for a
I went on a Sunday and of course ordered a Sunday roast. The good thing about eating in pubs is that they don’t charge an extra fee for the service, you just pay for the food and it’s much more practical because you just pay as you would in McDonald’s and then get your food. I ordered a beef sirloi
We really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service when we went here for dinner. I ordered fish and chips and my son, the steak and ale pie. Both were a good value--especially considering tax and tip are not added like I am used to. Find a table, check a menu, order at the bar, and give your table
Had a pleasant dinner with tasty British Steak and Ale Pie and some beers. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Been exploring pubs around here, and I loved the experience at Ye Olde London.
Great food, nice pub and friendly staff. We'll remember our family time at Ye Olde London and we'll be happy to come back.
Came here with my family, we had a very enjoyable time with good food and drinks!
Googled best fish and chips near me and it did not disappoint. Got served a proper fish and chip. The cod was fresh and chips were delicious
Lovely old style pub in the shadow of St Paul's Cathedral. I was there for an event and was in a function room upstairs, with its own bar. Very spacious room with lots of seating space, friendly staff, we had a lovely buffet of delicious food. The only downside was that I sat in a seat which dipped
I’ve walked past this pub for many years but had never visited until today. To be honest its name and proximity to St Paul’s Cathedral put me off, as I wrongly assumed that it was a tourist place. Really friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. A much bigger space downstairs although closed on a
