Decent coffee, good loyalty stamp program, great local location on corner of Jerdan Pl and Fulham Rd, opens early and closes not too early in the evening typically 6.30AM to 7.30PM. Cafe Nero have also introduced another coffee option from S America for an extra 30p rn, their ice drinks are pretty good as well. Recommended High St chain in a good location. 👍

Great staff and good service even when it’s the trainee baristas serving. I’ve used the click and collect here a few times. Ideal for hot and cold food and drinks and good selection of breakfast, lunch or snacks options too. It’s right by the bus stop so easily accessible and a walking distance from Fulham Broadway station.

Great local Caffè Nero branch. Quite conveniently located, closest Caffè Nero store to the nearby Fulham Broadway underground station 🚉. Always staffed( which is quite unusual lately) and decent coffee served ☕️. Outside seating area is a plus when weather is nice. Recommended if in area.

The staff were very friendly and it was clean. Could use an update as some of the furniture has wear and tear. But other than that it was good 👍

Five stars are not enough. This Caffè Nero is a ten out of ten! Lovely staff (training staff included), plenty of space, very relaxing music. Good Wifi, vegan and vegetarian choices for breakfast/lunch. A relaxing oasis in the busy city life. The coffee even passed the Italian check! It's a daily stop for me.

Always busy but still managed to get a table. There's an upstairs too. Quick service and food drinks.

Tasty drinks and kind staff. Quite pricey but as expected of a cafe Nero or any other coffee shop chain

Not the friendliest of staff. I always order the hazelnut latte with oat milk using my O2 Priority app, but in this branch I was scolded for not informing them of how I’d be paying beforehand. I was then charged for the syrup and it milk separately, which I have come to expect from not so friendly and warm branch managers

Still as warm and cosy as ever. Has lost none of its charm. Pity customers do not know how to use the toilet and all 3 were out of service awaiting a plumber.

My local. Recently taken over by Greek manager Chris and his appointed motley crew of fellow Greek barista’s, thus the coffee is indeed once again the best this side of Milan. Crews from Gails, Megans and other yummy/lunchy mummy shops should go there to learn how to make a latte.
