I went to Itsu again today, and overall, it was a good experience. The amount of food choices was large, and most things were out on the shelves. The eating area is underground and not staffed, it felt a little claustrophobic, but the food and prices were great. Get the code or the receipt for the toilets or you'll have to go back upstairs to ask for it!!
I had the pork rice bowl and it was amazing. Be warned though one of my friends found a bug in their meal but the waiter was very sorry and kindly offered a free dessert.
Fantastic place serving prepared sushi and related products. Prices are very cheap, the place is tastefully decorated and spotless. USB charge points at the tables. A pleasant experience.
