What a nice and authentic discovery in Dalston!
Being a tacos lover since travelling to Mexico, what I found the most precious about this place was the informal and cosy setup (literally 6 tables) and the taste of those tacos!

What lovely little Mexican. Beautiful decor inside and the owner is very friendly. Absolutely loved my chicken burrito and tortillas, so much flavour and bursting with ingredients. Well worth the detour to come here 🌮🇲🇽🌶️👌🏻
Small but perfectly formed. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic, the atmosphere and decor Mexican. It was cold inside when we were there and there were no customer toilets. It would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the two little issues. Well worth the visit anyway.
Never thought black beans could be so tasty! A lovely little authentic Mexican joint serving delicious food with veggie and vegan options. I throughly enjoyed eating under the watch of Frieda Kahlo. Expect average prices ie £7-8 for a burrito
The quesadilla with beef was simply amazing, really tasty and perfectly made. The pork burrito was also very nice, together with the freshly prepared guacamole for the tortilla chips. Portions were big, with a really good value for money, especially considering the food quality. La casa del burrito

Ahh staff were amazing and patient. I had my neice with me thats at the terrible 2 stage so was making a little bit of noise but staff played it down well.
Food was amazing, full of flavour and well cooked, staff explained everything and how long each dish would take to make also.

A cosy, intimate, brightly decorated venue with vegetarian and vegan options. Amazing food. I had the pork burrito and was surprised at how rich the meat tasted. Everything was perfect, even the tortilla chips. Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely return
The best chicken burrito I’ve ever eaten. Had it 3 times now and been great each time! The flavour is like the most intense concentrated roast chicken flavour with Mexican spices. The wrap itself is good and nicely toasted! Can’t fault it.

Legit. Beef quesadilla was really good. Really. Mixed tacos (beef/pork/chicken), pork was my partner’s preference by some way. I tried beef and it was good. Veg/vegan options also available - come one, come all!
