The Stapleton Tavern - London - Photo album

Decent pub - nice friendly bar staff. Plenty of seats and not bad selection on tap. Back toilets are atrocious, but lots of quirky little touches elsewhere. Looks like a good spot to watch the football with various screens around and I noticed a large projector screen too.
Friendly bar staff and a great pub to have a pint and enjoy a conversation. Sometimes there's a bit of live music, which is a bonus to the area, but none of the overbearing 'pumped' music found elsewhere - so you can actually talk (if you want too!). Environment is 'traditional and quirky' rather th
I hadn't visited the pub for many years. It was called The Stapleton Hall Tavern in those days after the local road. Forgotten how large it was. Great for groups.
Really good pub with good atmosphere. Staff were super friendly. Good selection of beers with some of them surprisingly cheap for London! Would recommend the vegan burger too!
Had a great time here. Big lounge area, great for groups too. Board games, fire place. Unfortunately no food but great for beer, wine and shots. Sports screen and board games. Used to be plain but a few decent decorations and quirky furniture here and there has done it a world of good. Recomended
Nice beers, friendly staff, plenty of lovely leather sofas dotted around. Ordered a bowl of chips for my daughter and was asked if I wanted ketchup or mayo, usual kind of thing. I asked if we could get gravy and they managed to sort something out. A class act! Good chips as well. Will be going back
Classic pub. Got a nice big back room, good beer selection, not bad prices.
Excellent Sunday roast dinner 🍽. Great value for money, with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Thoroughly appreciated the lime and soda being free of charge as well. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely place, usually good beer, top staff, great quiz. You asked what you could do better. You claim to be a gastropub but only have four things on the menu. Food's good but could be cheaper. The wine is generally poor. Do you still have a picture of a member of the royal family on the wall? If s
Great pub. I’ve always loved this place and amazing staff! Real shame about the new menu. Very limited and can’t understand why it’s changed might have to go somewhere else to eat now as there’s not much to choose from that I like. The menus brings this pub down. I want to come but it’s giving me no
Been for drinks a few times. Whether quiet or crowded bar staff are friendly, helpful and prompt. Good selection at the bar. Personally preferred our weekday visits as the old building amplifies the voices of a busy Saturday night crowd.
Individualistic long established pub with occasional sport TV in front room, a long narrow side bar with tables that are a little quieter, and also a larger bar at the back with various sizes tables and sofas. Friendly place with good pub food. Cinema club in the back room weekly. Popular local.
One of my favorites in this side of town. Good beers, chilled out atmosphere, table football and you can have a nice meal too. What else does a man want?
Love this pub We support our local businesses đź‘Ź an this is a great pub
Great local pub around the corner. Good beers and decent food. Top place to watch sport with the big pull down screen. Food is great these days.
Great pub with friendly service, good selection of beer and dog friendly. Quiz on Thursday and football to. Would definitely recommend.
