One of my favourite Hilton hotels. I always have a great experience here. Wonderful entrance hall and marble staircase. The decor of the bar is marvellous, with very attentive staff. Lovely spiral staircase to the dining area. And the bedrooms are very comfortable with interesting historic facts engraved on the frosted glass doors of the bathrooms.
We booked a double room for three nights, but unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations. After a quick talk with Ms Angelika at the front desk, we got proposed to get a bigger room, with a bigger bed - which was crucial in our case. We're positively surprised and appreciate such quick help without further explanations as to why we're not satisfied with the previous room. The hotel service is super friendly and understands the needs of hotel guests. After many trips recently, I really appreciate the professionalism and taking care to maintain the guest's satisfaction.
Apart from that I can tell the hotel located in a quiet and green area of Greenwich. The hotel lobby and the bar are nicely designed with a really nice ambiance.
A beautiful hotel which is well kept with very friendly and helpful staff. Check in was very quick and Hilton cookies supplied. I decided to upgrade our room and we were situated on the 8th floor.
The room was very spacious, with all the comforts you could possibly require for both a short and long stay. The view from the room was spectacular.
The hotel is beautiful and I really cannot wait to stay again. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.
I recently stayed at this well-located hotel with friendly staff. While the location and the helpfulness of the staff were definite positives, I was somewhat disappointed by the small room size. Adding to this, the breakfast menu remained the same throughout my stay, without any variations. It's essential for hotels like this to focus on their food section, and in this aspect, there was room for improvement.
The workers there were amazing, they were so friendly. The hotel was super modern and clean. My room was comfortable and really pretty, the view was also really good. Sadly, it's a bit to London, but we new that before hand. The advantages were the bus and underground stations near the hotel. Would definitely go there again.
We booked a queen size room, great for overnight, room very small though the wardrobe couldn’t open fully because the door hit the bed and the carpet was looking worn in places so maybe could do with an update. Breakfast was great. Parking is minimal so advise booking ahead. There is on street parking and is a pay by phone app thing. We were lucky we arrived when charging wasn’t in place. Would use again if I was visiting Greenwich. Its a little way from the main areas but Ubers are pretty good.
Staff was all equally friendly and attentive. The room was a bit dated with some minor issues (shower tap was finicky, broken lamp) but very clean. We chose this one because it’s out of the busy city centre, but be aware that it takes between 30-60 minutes to get to the tourist attractions with public transportation.
Absolutely amazing service, we would personally like to thank Mohammed who really looked after us and helped us on our arrival.
The hotel itself is very well decorated, very posh! All the staff are very professional and welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.
The rooms are very good, smaller perhaps than a travel Lodge, but the quality is far superior.
Breakfast was amazing, fantastic choice.
The only thing I'd possibly add would be complimentary biscuits with the kettle in the room.

We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay in this Double Tree hotel! Every staff member we encountered were so kind and welcoming. The welcome cookie was delicious and the free breakfast was unlike anything I've seen here in the US! We will definitely be coming back whenever we visit London. :) <3
Room was small, but neat and clean. There are several places to eat nearby. DLR is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. I think there are better options nearby which offer better connectivity to the London downtown.
This is my second stay in Greenwich. We lived in Greenwich years ago and have many friends and family in the area. This time we returned with our two children 5 & 8. The service was exceptional, the staff so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing and again staff couldn’t do enough. We had a family room which was really comfortable, I would have like the option of adjoining rooms but it just was too expensive however it still suited. I really look forward to returning to Double Tree Greenwich.
Service was lovely, rooms was nice but small, location is a little further from the main area of Greenwich. Breakfast buffet selection was very good.
I decided on the Double Tree by Hilton bec they always maintain a standard above the others. This hotel was a pleasant surprise, it's off the beated tracks, secluded, almost hidded. Excellent service, clean room & a great breakfast bar. Walking distant to everything.
Loved the hotel, hospitality, rooms individuality, cleanliness and location.
Be aware that some rooms such as 1-4 do not have accesss to elevators but lots of stairs. They didn’t have ppl on hand to move the bags for us. Otherwise, great stay!
