Great falafel pittas, good portions, decent price, tasty. The falafel balls are really good 4 times out of 5, crispy on the outside & not too dry inside, though on occasion a bit too doughy. They need to keep an eye out for this! Excellent salad in the pitta, good portions of red cabbage, not too much salt or sweet stuff unlike other places nearby. Very fast and efficient service.

Definitely the best falafel, I thought I didn't like them until I tried these. The schnitzel is tasty and the portion is good. The veg is great and the pitta bread is soft and fluffy, nothing like those cardboard ones you get in most places

Seriously tasty falafel that will fill you up and keep you satisfied until dinner. The place is pretty small but service is quick so don't be discouraged if you see a line outside. The only downside to this place is its limited working hours but to be honest it really is a perfect place for a £5 lunch.

Food: The falafels here are nice and chunky, but the real stars are the salads. Unlike many competitors, all the veg isn't too pickled; there's a lot of sweet flavours as well as the traditional sour ones. Ambience: Not really an eat in place Price: Very reasonable at £5 for falafels in pita or £5.25 for a container. Service: Very friendly staff and willing to accommodate. Worth the visit: Definitely a contender with Pilpel

Also known as Pilel. Anyway this place serves some of the best Falafel I've ever had. It brought back happy memories of Israel! They have lots of tasty varieties and options. My favourite was the regular pita, that was bursting with delicious falafel and salad, all for only £4.99. You can't get a decent sandwich in Pret for that! Staff are also really friendly and helpful especially to the falafel newbies. Located hard by the amazing Leadenhall market. This is a definite must your for lunchtime options!

Probably the best falafel you can get in the area, with large portion sizes and fresh ingredients. The chilli they use is strong, so exercise caution haha. Oh and they don't accept card payments, so bring your cash with you.

Organic Chickpeas does excellent falafels, either in a pitta bread or as a salad bowl with Mediterranean vegetables, hummus and falafels. The portions are big considering the prices (£5.25 for a salad bowl and £5 for a pitta), but it's a shame there's no option for a small size serving if you're not that hungry. On the afternoon I visited, service was quick and friendly when I reached the counter after a few minutes in line. Keep in mind that this is little more than a tiny takeaway shop down a side line, so it's takeaway only and catering primarily to the city lunchtime market.

Anyone who says that this isn't the best falafel they've ever had is a filthy liar. Their falafel in pitta will go down in history as one of the greatest creations of the human race. It sits comfortable alongside The Mona Lisa, The Printing Press, and The Internet. Seriously, eat this food.

Great hidden lunch spot. The falafels are excellent with pita and as a salad main. Have not tried the schnitzel though, schnitzel and falafel seems an odd combo!

Hidden gem! Best falafel in London, by far. It's not only my favourite, it's my entire office's favourite. Try it, you won't regret it!!
