A nice little restaurant in the Knightsbridge area. Lovely decorated and Kpop videos played constantly. It wasn’t busy for a Sunday. We ordered a number of dishes, kimchi pancakes, japchae and fried chicken was the best. The fried chicken surprisingly was very good, crispy, moist and had flavour which l wasn’t expecting. We were allowed to have a birthday cake so that was a bonus. Staff were a bit slow and misunderstood an order. Our waiter needs to wake up! Overall food was good.
Extremely accommodating service, the menu doesn’t include vegan options but when we asked them about it they were more than willing to tweak a few dishes and make them vegan friendly! The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. Highly recommend giving this hidden gem a visit and trying their yummy dishes!
The most welcoming restaurant I have visited in a long time. The staff are impeccable with their hospitality and warmth. It could be a new experience for cooking your own meat for visitors. We ordered the imperial set for 2 which had pork, chicken and beef. It's a lot of food with unlimited vegetables! So do visit with a good appetite. Washed down with Korean tea was fabulous.
If I could give the service 10 star, I would. Amazing place, we went there 7 people, with no real experience on Korean bbq, we got amazing help on what to order an drink and a good run down on the concept. Food was good, and really fun and new. Afterwards there had been some misunderstanding about some things that were doubled ordered, it were our mistake but they removed it from the bill. Great people, would highly recommend. ORDER THE FRIED CHICKEN, YOU WON'T REGRET IT.
Bibimbap is one of the best in London. Bibimbap is my soul food, and I tried a handful of them in different Korean restaurants. It has a wide variety of veggies included so the taste is so rich!
Had an amazing meal here, didn't want it to end! Colourful, tasty pickles and awesome fried chicken. The wagyu and the marinated short rib on the barbecue were sensational and the soups were pure class. The staff are really friendly, helpful and informative about the food and Korean traditions which added to the experience. I had a great time at Hanrue and would highly recommend it...... lovely place!
Good food, despite being pricey, the quality and services made it worth it. Hospitable staff, great recommendations regarding the food, and we totally vibed with the songs. The all you can eat add-on for the Korean BBQ is a bargain.
Perfect experience to introduce my friends to Korean food. They really enjoyed the bibimbap as vegetarians! The staff are super welcoming and friendly.
Nice place. The design of the place gives you privacy which is nice.
Staffs are really polite, patient and friendly. The menue covers several korean dishes and often for each dish you have few choices of toppings or options. The menue itself is a maze though but the staff patiently walk you through if you need. I had kimchi fried rice and also Jampong. The first one is a pan fried rice mixed kimchi and an egg topping. The second is a noodle soup with seafood. Both were good. I crave having a simple ramen but there wasnt any available so I had to order the Jampong. Both dishes taste good but comparing to my experiences over few years in South Korea I wouldn't call it authentic, however close enough. They had Soju and beer (maekju). Try combining them ususally 40% Soju and the rest beer (becames Somaek: Soju beer). The prices are a bit on the expensive side even comparing to other Korean restaurants in Soho or that area which was surprising to me. They had Korean BBQ too with VEG options. Didnt try it though.
Generally a nice place for Korean food and I will visit again but note that I wouldnt call it the best I had in London
Absolutely stunning experience. The food is so good and the welcoming is absolutely great... costumer experience is excellent!!! It's like Korean welcoming so it's very pleasant and different. The food is very good and the restaurant is super clean!!! Very weird in those days. Also to be in front of Hyde park the price is very good.
We were looking for some good Korean BBQ and found it here! Food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Highly recommend the imperial meal, lots of choices and bottomless veggie sides! The service was speedy and friendly, especially Nathan! He was very helpful and made sure we had a wonderful dinner!
I went here with my parents. The food was amazing! We ordered bulgogi bibimbap, the korean fried chicken, the galbi soup and my parents were extremely delighted! The food was simply delicious!
The staff are extremely helpful, and kind and very professional and the staff even offered to take us a family photo! Overall, the experience is an overall 5 stars!
The very dynamic K-pop atmosphere was not really my vibe. However the waitress was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was nicely curated and absolutely delicious.
I really have no words here. This is the best Korean place I have been to. The barbecue meats are so amazing, fresh off the grill right in front of you! Plus, the staff is super super nice, very friendly, and very chill. Special shout out to staff member Nathan, with whom I had a wonderful conversation, and who recommended some awesome barbecue plates for me! You have to try this place!
