Nicolas Wine Bar - London - Photo album

Helpful staff even near closing and a large selection of tastefully chosen wines. There is a seating area (wouldn’t say it’s super comfy though) but I suspect the main Business of this branch is to sell bottles for retail purposes. There are small platters/charcuterie on offer as well, though.
Excellent ambiance, friendly staff and a great selection of wine, spirits and French cuisine. Good value of price and service. Really love it
I received amazing service from Angela, really understanding of the wine I wanted and helpful, will most certainly be coming back.
Popped in after a meeting in Canada Sq. On the off chance and enquired about a tequila on display. The Gentleman who served me, a pleasure to talk with was so knowledgeable about the product, production and how the flovour was achieved and recommended Enemigo Tequila which upon tasting was excellent
Amazing place with incredibly friendly staff! Many thanks to the lovely João! He made our experience dining at Nicolas just perfect :)
This is one of the nice "hidden" place in the Wharf. If you ever need a recommendation - talk to Melchior, he will sort you out. He worked in Bordeaux and knows the wines. Best wine shop experience, very knowledgeable staff and great selection of reasonably priced wines.
A fine selection of wines, beers, whiskeys, gins, and more awaits, and friendly staff combine with welcoming atmosphere to make Nicolas the place to be at Canary Wharf. You'll not find another shop/restaurant nearby quite like it, so be sure to stop and visit.
French chain of wine and liquor with a few French stood specialties also available for sale. Great variety of affordable and quality wine. French staff are friendly and helpful. Regularly have tasting at the shop too with area for consuming on premises.
This is one of the nicest places to go for a glass of wine in Canary Wharf! It's a wine shop but has a lovely bar attached which does wine by the glass and lovely French food (great things to share including charcuterie and cheeseboards too). Or you can choose a bottle of wine from the shop itself a
Great delivery service! Helped me pick a wine for friends in lockdown, and then made sure it got to them. Would heartily recommend!
This place is a little gem, wine shop and a restaurant, but the staff so pleasant, the manager , Michael, was soooo kind explaining the concept of the place, you can buy the wine at the shop pay only extra £3 and drink in the restaurant, great deal
After a long walk around the Isle Of Dogs under a blazing sun, Nicolas was a welcome chance to sit in the shade and rehydrate! I recommend the Meteor blanche!
Excellent staff who served us with a personal touch over a six hour stay.
EXCEPTIONAL service! Melchior, the branch manager, went above and beyond to cater to a special request. Highly recommended!
Good options for wine by the glass or even better bottles to choose to share
Decent lunchtime spot, hidden under some stairs so not the best views.
Nice food and very knowledgeable about wine
Perfect place for an after work drink
