Great food, amazing place, helpful staff, filled with people working on their laptops but the wifi system is a little annoying. I go there quite often to work on my projects
So entering Goswell Road Coffee, I wondered if I'd somehow wandered out of Clerkenwell and found myself in hipster Shoreditch. Creative quirky atmosphere with messy hair and macbooks all over the place - note, free wifi.
Nice enough coffee but wasn't overly enamoured with the service - after ordering a coffee the server kept talking over me as I tried to ask a question, not cool. Luckily the loyalty card and the banana bread redeemed them.
Will be recommending to vegan friends - excellent selection of cakes.
A quirky and vibrant little coffee shop, Goswell Road Coffee is a great place to relax and one I'm sure that students will enjoy.
With a chilled out atmosphere and better seating (inside and out) than typical coffee shops, the pricing will also benefit students who just want relaxing beverage after a "hards day work."
GRC is also pet friendly, which is a nice touch considering the comfy leather sofas they offer, just reiterating the feeling that these guys don't take themselves too seriously.
Such a lovely coffee shop. Clerkenwell has loads of design offices and has a real artsy influence and as a result has some really nice cafes and this one is a great example of this. Just good interior, good ambiance, a nice place to spend an afternoon with a book, relaxing.
My favourite place in London to grab a drink. Best cortado I’ve tried in this town, and they make a good matcha latte as well. The ladies behind the bar are super friendly and I love that they remember me and my usual drink. Comfy couches and lots of vegan options for food. Plus all the drinks can be made vegan.
Very good ambience. They have nice sofas and it’s a perfect place to meet friends or read novels or do your own work on laptops.

1/ please give customers itemised receipts as routine so they can see what each item costs and know if there are errors etc
2/ the cold brew coffee was unsweetened- please make that clear before people order. Other cold items we ordered (tea) were sweetened by default so this is inconsistent
Sweet soul music, gentle staff, comfy sofas, and good coffee. It's difficult to ask for more. The place is spacious (great for groups) while at the same time you can find your own place if you are on your own. The latte I had was rather good. Not a superb one but the surroundings hugely compensated

Nice coffee place. Lovely ambience and very friendly staff. The coffee and food was great quality. Would definitely recommend it. Good strong coffee, comfortable sofas and funky 1950/60s music. A relaxing place to while away an hour or two.
This place was an absolute lifesaver during lockdown. One of the only, if not the only, coffee shop open in Clerkenwell. Kind staff, careful consideration of social distancing due to covid, tasty goods, and - again- a lifeline for me in spring 2020. I'll stay a loyal customer for life.
Grabbed a couple of take away drinks from here when visiting the area and had no complaints; decent coffee and delicious cakes!
Most coolest chilled out coffee place in London. The coffee is really good and they have a tasty selection of pastries, my favourite is the chocolate twist 😋. The sofas are also super comfy and it's a great place to hang out or work/study. Staff are always friendly and I really enjoy reading my horoscope at the till 🥰
Really nice chilled out cafe. I had a flat white which was really good. The staff were friendly and service was quick. It’s a nice place to meet friends or read a book and had some super comfy sofas. It didn’t feel pretentious like some of the cafes can. I particularly liked the Sinclair C5 they had up on display! Definitely somewhere I’d come back to.
