Queens Head - London - Photo album

Been to the Pub Quiz last Monday and it was so much fun! Julia was such a great quiz host. Great selection of beers, including great IPA. John - Pub Manager is also really nice and able to tell you about the beers selection and area. Nice energy in the pub and we had great fun! Highly recommended!
🚇 Limehouse 🍺 £5.00 Amstel ❤️ A revived friendly Limehouse local. . The Queens Head is located on the corner of atmospheric York Square on the edge of Limehouse in East London. The nearest Tube is Limehouse DLR which is only a four minute walk away. . This pub was built in 1827 and is Grade II liste
Splendid public house moments away from Limehouse DLR. This is where the late Queen Mother is pictured pulling a pint. Quiet, & atmospheric location.
I am normally a local in the area and seen this pub go all the different owners but I am pleased to say it is going back to normal now, with great staff and atmosphere. I recently did the pub quiz in a Monday and had a great evening. Julia is an excellent quiz master and host. She really added to t
After a change of management and a facelift The Queens Head is back, and better than ever. It is a fantastic pub with a great selection of drinks and clientele. A proper local with friendly staff. Excellent selection of beers on tap. The new cocktail menu is excellent (I’ve tried a few of them🍸🍹🍸) a
Love the Queen’s Head! Proper East end local, with great beers on tap, loving the new cocktail menu and the pub quiz on Monday is SO much fun…Julia is hilarious. Seriously the most fun I’ve had on a Monday, with great prizes to be won!
Not sure what happened. It has only just reopened after a year long renovation project and seems to have closed again. The Queens Head will be sorely missed.
Great place, friendly folk running it, decent pizza, good selection of beer, pretty standard London pricing. Worth a visit. Kid friendly, everyone there seems relaxed and as engaging as you're up for
Back open in March 2023 and looking incredible! Love the selection of beers and the recent addition of pizza and authentic pie and mash is bound to be a winner! Good luck to all involved!
Great to see this pub reopen under new management. We visited with our child and it was a really family friendly vibe, with lots of space, friendly service, a stylish interior and a great selection of drinks. I understand that food is on its way too.
A great traditional London pub. Really friendly service behind the bar. Recently refurbished but honouring the origins of the community pub.
Fantastic vinyl DJ. Great space and lovely traditional boozer with a twist. Great beer and nice buzz. Wish they advertised the DJ's/music events and turn down the lights.
Amazing to see this historic pub open again after nearly being lost forever. Beautiful decor and so friendly and welcoming. It’s also supporting local London independent businesses with locally brewed beer from Hackney, Walthamstow and Tottenham and spirits from the East London Liquor Company in Bo
If the Queen Mother had a pint of special here its good enough for me
The QH has reopened a couple of weeks ago and what an amazing place! Regulars from the Greenwich Pensioner in Blackwall will recognise the atmosphere and the great way Tadgh has made this place a really welcoming pub. A great range of beers and drinks, a friendly bunch of locals and just a great pla
We had the best time in the Queens Head watching the women's FA Cup final! Amazing atmosphere and lovely staff!
Nice pub, several hand-pulled beers. My vote would go to the Old Ship across the square though, for a slightly nicer atmosphere and the chance to sit outside
