Fab staff who made us feel very welcome. I have serious food allergies and this was listened to and the food was fine & delicious. Thank you Putney GBK.
I've always been a fan of GBK but since introducing their vegan burgers, I love it even more!
This is a small branch, with limited seating, just off Putney High Street. Service has always been friendly and efficient.
ok so since i broke my foot…( cycling accident 😅) i can’t really go too far from my home , so i decided to go to the nearest GBK joint ( PUTNEY ) . I’m always a bit hesitant on trying big burger chains , as i found they’re often more about money than quality … but i heard good things about GBK from a few blogger friends , so i thought it was the time ! the putney shop has been open for 17 years ! so you would expect they got it all round up by now .
This has always been our go-to for pre or post-party indulgence when visiting friends in Putney. I'm a sucker for anything with onion jam, so the blue cheese burger hits the spot!

Good burgers, great service (although I hate having to go and order myself). The burgers are always awesome and the chips (either skinny or fat) are also excellent. But the highlight of any meal is the garlic mayo which is incredible. Yes, it is overpriced but that's what you get with GBK.

Gourmet Burger Kitchen in Putney. Gourmet Burger Kitchen are a successful burger chain. This is my review of the second GBK restaurant I went to.
*** SEATING ***
The staff were just able to give me and my dad a table by pulling away half of a table and two chairs from a table for two.
*** SPEED ***
Halfway through my dad placing our order, the drinks arrived! 10 minutes later, the mains came. Very speedy service!
*** PRICE ***
For a Coke each, a kids' burger, a bacon cheeseburger and a Fab ice-lolly, the total came to £20. Very good value for money!
*** CLEANLINESS ***
The toilets and the main floor were very clean.
*** PRESENTATION ***
The Coke was a bottle with a straw - nice. The burger and chips looked very nice and the Fab lolly looked spotless!
*** TASTINESS ***
The Coke tasted lovely as always. The burger was a little over burnt for my liking. However, the chips made up for it.
*** STAFF ***
The staff were very friendly and full of information about the menu.
*** TIP ***
We tipped a reasonable £2.50.
*** OVERALL ***
Gourmet Burger Kitchen is a very nice restaurant with helpful staff, tasty food and reasonable prices. Don't forget about the very quick serving times!

It's ok. Ok, so the service is a bit poor, and it feels a bit like a cattle crush... But the Burgers are pretty good, and most of the other food is of a decent standard. All in all it's ok.
Good restaurant chain hidden from the main road, food is good here and the staff were really nice. They take covid measures seriously too and you can order from your table without contact to the staff. Our milkshakes were not filled, they came as seen in the photo.. the felafel starter didn’t taste good, tasteless and oily. Burgers are really good though.
Very good experience, nice food, friendly team best manager in GBK company, my early lunch 2 day ago was faboulus!!!!!!

I'm not a burger fan but in this case I have to say 2 mind reasons why this place is sooo good: 1 the food is fresh and during my waiting time I noticed how clean is this place...2 the staff is extremely polite and honest with you, they will tell you exactly how long it would be. Bravo

We don’t have this franchises in the USA. I absolutely loved it! I had a burger with peanut butter and cranberry sauce or something weird but it was DELICIOUS! Will be coming back before we go back home! And excellent service! The servers were real nice and friendly.
Delicious burgers 🍔! I was surprised as how fast they were to bring out our food since we were a big party of 9 and the place was busy, but everything was perfect. Only 4 stars and not 5 because I really didn't understand the point of these "skinny fries". When I was offered skinny fries I thought they were going to be really nice and crispy like Macdonalds's ones, but no, I got home and they were literally crisps and they were cold. Are these new? I never had them. Do people actually like them ? They were also really difficult to eat. A waste of £3.95...
This is the only place we eat burgers in London, don't bother anywhere else! Putney is the best, staff is super friendly, fun atmosphere and the owner knows how to look after his customers. Today I had the Mighty, a, true double burger challenge, not for the faint of heart!!
We had loaded burger, kid's classic burger and a satay chicken. All were great. The staff were super kind and welcoming. The onion rings, fries and sweet potato fries were all great.

some of the nicest milkshakes I've ever had especially the Oreo milkshake
