The staff member was very nice! The café is small but kind of cozy. I think the food was not all this overwhelming but okay for the price. If you want to grab a quick breakfast or snack then this will be a good place for it.
Lovely hot cuppa tea 😋 in a teapot ....and fresh delicious blueberry muffin 😋.....very nice staff at coffee part with great manners! A young guy with a goatee beard that makes customers feel welcome!!! Just sitting here waiting for my cousin to finish work at 4 pm Cheers John
It was early in the morning but everything was nicely displayed and looking good. Eat in or take away, the choice is yours. They have few tables outside. The food, cake, pastry and drink selection is great. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It was my first time but will return as only few door
Great little eating place, I prefer to sit outside and watch the world go by
Lovely staff, always smiling and friendly! Great location with many different launch option for a great price! The flatbread is amazing!!!! Unreal coffe, way better than the average london’s cafe.
My fave coffee shop in town,, very affordable and so tasty..worth the visit!
Hot chicken wraps were really tasty, excellent value for money, ideal location, outside seating available, friendly staff. Fab latte's and I am really picky about a latte so it's a massive thumbs up from me 👍💯🙂
Benugo has the best coffee in a city, great breakfast options too.
Very friendly staff here, very welcoming and helpful. This is highly unusual in London. I their products, on the whole are more healthy and sustainable than other cafés.
Good selection of tasty wraps and breakfast items to take away or eat in. Nice spot in the sun outside.
I’m updating my review below and very happy to give 5 stars now, because the manager Thomas and the team dealt with my complaint quickly and professionally. I was offered a free lunch with a drink, which I was happy with. I was also reassured that they value their customers a lot, so I will continue
Quick and efficient, staff were friendly and coffee was great! Will be back soon for food to accompany coffee. So glad to see this coffee shop open again after so long.
Really great place for sandwiches and for lunch. Go for the New Yorker! Place is clean, welcoming and the staff are very polite and cheerful. Especially Miss Dalila who was very kind in attending me and my friends. I highly recommend it.
Amazing view to the Serpentine lake, lots of birds, beautiful swans. The coffee shop price is a bit expensive but no more than others in central London. Be ready to spend 15 min waiting in the line since his place is pretty crowded on weekends.
I use this place as a little "treat" as opposed to big standard Tesco lunch. There's normally a special such as a pork belly sandwich (with crackling), an array of nice sandwiches and little sweets. The cold drinks are (as at every place like this in London) too expensive, but otherwise everything y
V. nice and rich coffee with a variety of snacks and desserts. Seating inside is a bit limited to 3 double tables and about 5 bar chairs.
