Very cosy feeling mugs and delicious latte. The staff were very helpful and there was a good amount of space. It would benefit from there being more drink options like smoothies or frappes being available and for there to be more hot food options. The place upstairs meant that the area didn't feel as contained however when busy it can be quite loud because of the amount of families that eat there, it would be good if they were kept more quiet. Overall I had a good experience however like many coffee shops it can still be renewed in terms of design in some places and it's a good place to sit. There could be more vegan options available.

Service was friendly and there was just the right amount of time between courses. Shrimp cocktails to start. Perfect temperature. Great sauce. Large shrimp. Filet Mignon was very tasty. Swordfish ordered simply grilled as opposed to the other version on the menu that would have been served with what I felt would have just masked the true taste of one of my favorite cuts of gems from the sea.

A great deal for coffee and pasteries. Although comparable to the wider range of coffee shop chains, the workers are friendly and are always approachable. Our family has been going there since it's opening and there has been a decline in quality of food provided, but as of recent months there has improved a lot and the staff are always great!

So, ever had one of those days where you're so exhausted and stressed by the late afternoon and you just need to sit down with a good coffee? Right, well I had one of those days when I visited here and the boys did not let me down. I am fussy about coffee and while I'll drink bad coffee, I won't rave about it. Coffee here was fantastic, smooth, strong and like a giant liquid hug. The heart motif in the frothed milk was lovingly made too - it's clear they take pride in the whole experience.

Really cute little cafe, my go to whenever I'm in Ealing. I think the coffee is delicious and the staff are very kind. There's a decent bit of space so you don't feel too cramped and the atmosphere is really lovely. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Great place for mums and babies to meet. The staff were amazing when we were going there at least once every week with my NCT group. Good coffee, lovely hot chocolate and decent selection of sandwiches and pastries. I think they could benefit from introducing healthy options since the food is carbs heavy. Upstairs is great for doing some work/study as it's quieter.

This place is very trendy but more than that - they serve good coffee. It’s a nice place to meet a friend with plenty of seating (even more upstairs) and it doesn’t get terribly busy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when I have visited.

Great coffe shop that sands out with quirky interior and great tasting coffee. Friendly staff . Only thing to improve would be seating.if you seit close to the register and isle you will always have to move as there's not much space for people coming in with pushchairs.

One of the best coffees in Ealing. And I've tried out many. Only Artisan is better a bit further down the road. Friendly staff and although a chain they make it feel more like an indie shop.

I think this branch does the best coffee I have had. It is one of the only time that I am happy to have the an Amaricano without any milk or sugar. If I want to have a nice coffee around Ealing broadway this is where I go. Lovely staff too.

Ah, lovely coffee, wonderful cakes and really friendly staff. It's so much nicer than being in tesco. And tesco don't come into it at all, I don't even know why I thought of it. Just a nicely made flat white, wonderfully moist muffin, a comfortable sofa and no unexpected items in the bagging area. The only areas I'd mark them down for are just having one toilet for all their customers and of course price. It's highly unlikely you'll get change from a fiver. And as they don't accept clubcard points (nor would they have any reason to do so), its a fairly pricey but enjoyable place to get a coffee, relax, or even do some work. It's certainly a great place to check out.

It's owned by Tesco but it's better than the likes of starsucks, Nero, Costa etc and they have a nice loyalty card system. Plus most off the baristas can actually make coffee so that's a step up from most chain coffee shops. EDIT I've added a star as I've been in here a lot lately due to working locally and the coffee has been very good with really friendly staff. I'm drinking a beast of a large flat white with four shots from here right now!

The place offers THE best coffee around! It's been our favourite coffee stop for more than a year now. Also try gluten free almonds and cherries cake and you will become adict!
