Food was really good. Don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own which was a surprise. The service as to the waiting staff was unfriendly and as if they were not happy to be there. Other than that can't fault the place. Fair pricing too

The ambience is good, slight music plays in the restaurant and food is awesome. Staff is good and friendly the only thing that they lack a bit is service

Dobre jidlo za pomerne ferove ceny, v dobe obedu tu maji zvyhodnenou nabidku. Jediny nedostatek predstavoval trochu zmateny cisnik a dlouha cekaci doba od objednavky.

Was here for dinner with my parents. This place to begin with is cramped up. But the food they offer was really amazing. Had papadams, chicken tikka masala , hariyali chicken tikka , garlic naan , plain rice and dal tadka. The food was worth the money.

I've been to Moguls once before as our good friends live just around the corner. And I had a great meal here on Saturday! It's a very small restaurant so booking ahead is advisable. The staff are great and it's a lovely little cosy place. We were celebrating a friends engagement and were given a little alcove to ourselves.

The food here is always very good. The Lamb Sag and Sag Paneer are always very good - can you tell I have a thing for spinach! This saturday my husband and I did our usual half n half (lucky I'm married to a sharer!). After popadoms we went straight in for the main event. On the recommendation of our friends we ordered the Murgh Jalfrezi and Acharia Gosht. The Jalfrezi was definitely on the hot side, but it was very flavourful and great with a little raita on the side.

The Acharia Gosht was a curry I have never heard of. It's lamb marinated in yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic and ginger which is chargrilled and then cooked in a tomato sauce with pickling spices. It was SO good. It had a real tang to it and was very moreish. I think it may be my new favourite curry!

All in all a very good meal and if you are in need of a curry in Greenwich I highly recommend Moguls.

PS. They also do takeaway for days you can't bare to leave the house.

It is the best Indian food in London. Don't come here if you want different curry sauces poured over various meats. The mogul only serves proper Indian curries. Book a table if you want to eat atth weekend because it gets packed out.

Generally good. I've been here a couple of times now, the food is generally good, the service is what you would expect (nothing special) but they are usually very polite just busy. I was rather expecting it to be poor given its tourist central location smack on the High Street so was happy with the food etc.

A great place for cheese based dishes, but for a restaurant so small the service shouldn't have been as slow as it was, especially as the place was almost empty. That being said, the prices were acceptable for the quality of my food (which was the karai paneer, bringal aloo and pilau rice).

Only favorite Indian restaurant in London, Great True Desi food. loved the - Biryanis, Paneer Saslick, Tarka dal, Acharia Brinjal , Bombay potatoes Lamb Rogan Josh etc etc I can keep going.. Stayed in London for a year and had mostly every night dinner from here (So I know It Very well), Great place to be on a date or with friends. They have got an awesome variety of Wines to choose from. The staff is the best here, Manager- Jamal, Aazmi, Arbaz and guy with curly hair are/were the best. Made the experience so homely. The restaurant has a 5 star rating from the authorities so you know how efficient and professional the Kitchen team is.

Amazing Indian food with a great quality-price ratio and excellent service (our host and water, Jamal, was super friendly and helpful) in the center of Greenwich. From the starters to the vegetarian and chicken dishes, everything was spot on. We had such an amazing time there. We'll be sure to go back when in Greenwich!

Delicious, top quality food. The atmosphere could be improved, but the food and the waiter were wonderful.

We had the chicken tikka masala and it was amazing. Azmi was our waiter and he was super nice. The naan was brilliant too, I definitely suggest it and will definitely come back again! :D

Great Indian food on the menu, including vegetarian options. The restaurant is not very cheap but the dishes are quiet big and the quality is high. Very friendly personnel.

I was slightly apprehensive when we were told the only available table was in the basement, as basement level dining often lacks the ambience and better interior design attributes of the ground floor level - but not here! The basement dining room was really pleasing, only to be surpassed by the food itself which was tip top on every level. I would definitely go back and would certainly recommend eating here.

I've been here with my friend, it was quite busy and only one person serving... But she was extremely warm and welcoming, very helpful. I was really happy with my food, I ordered option 14 spinach with tofu & plain naan, it was very tasty💖😁 very happy that there's so many vegan options. Will be coming back in the future.

Best Indian around. The food is really fresh, no greasy curries or soggy samosas like I've had elsewhere in Greenwich! The staff are a delight, really friendly and helpful. Great location too. Oh and get as much of the homemade pickled veg as possible! Could've eaten a whole jar of it..

Stopped in for lunch after a morning at the Royal Observatory. The food was very flavorful and delicious, even our picky kids loved it! The host/manager Jamal was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Be warned that it's a bit more upscale. Being from the USA where we eat Indian regularly, we were very surprised that our sauces were presented without rice - they charged extra for the rice dishes and that brought the price up to more than we expected to spend on Indian cuisine (£70 for two adults and two toddlers at lunch prices).

This was a hard one to review. The food is great and there are some lovely cave-like seating areas downstairs. The manager is eccentric! This is both good and bad. You'll see this reflected in some of the reviews. He 'kind of jokingly' made it clear that we needed to eat quickly so he could make money! But I THINK he is just a character who adds to the personal experience. If you ask for hot....you'll get HOT!! And most importantly, the food is consistently excellent.

I came to the restaurant for Lunch on 27th March, around 1 pm, the food was amazing, the waiter suggested me to order Chicken Madras when I asked for his suggestions. The food quality and the service was great. Would love to come back again sometime soon, and hope to find the same guy again. I would recommend readers to do find sometime and enjoy a meal in this restaurant.

Great delivery and eating in. We have been in this restaurant and had a few deliveries from them as well. The food is very tasty, fresh and good portions. Also their delivery people are very friendly and the way they package the food for delivery is fantastic. Thank you Mogul :)) we enjoy our curry every time.

This was exactly what we were looking for: a nice, quiet, vegetarian place to enjoy good quality street food while nursing our hangovers. Madhri have us lovely service and as usual we ordered too much. 😁
