There was so much hype about this place I just had to try it. We had sweet potato fries to share which were delish and I went for the mini burger which was big enough. It was tasty and juicy and the cheese was oozing out like it should. I always find the best burgers are pretty messy. I had an oreo milkshake which was delicious...a drink and dessert in one. Would highly recommend Byron.

Id been meaning to go to Byron for ages but never got around to it, so i was so excited when i went to lunch the other day.
Automatically you'll notice Byron as it stands out in the middle of the other restaurants, bars and cafes because of its bright colour green (my fave colour!!)
As you walk in you really notice how spacious and big the restaurant really is, and how well they've used the space. This may sound super weird but i loved their ceiling, its all covered in pipes which makes the space seem even bigger. The restaurant is slightly dark because of the wooden style walls, though this also makes feel comfortable and homely.
I expected Byron to have quite a large menu but their menu is rather small, with a quite a small selection of burgers which what they're actually known for. However, their burgers are yummmm! The meat actually tastes like meat, which is cooked to you're liking.
I had the cheese burger, it was beautiful and it really did taste like a "real burger" and unlike other burgers which just fall apart when you pick it up, Byron burgers are surprisingly easy and mess-free to eat so waheyy to first date meals at Byron! ;)
The staff were friendly, though we were waiting quite a while to order (the restaurant was practically empty!!) which resulted getting our drinks and food all at the same time.
Overall, the burgers were fantastic! if you like burgers then i would definitely recommend Byron! Though i was slightly disappointed in the small menu.
Great experience here. Food was great, however be careful when ordering the Mac and Cheese balls as they come with bacon sprinkled on top and this is not so clear on the menu. Our service was good but just a bit slow towards the end when we needed to pay and leave.
KOREAN WINGS!! Need to come back!! Byron’s is great very filling but soo tasty! I’ve been here way too many times to count and every time its been amazing. Love the B-Rex without the bacon, the nuggets are pretty good, the mac and cheese is good just needs a lil salt, pepper and hot sauce, onion rings are great they’re really crispy, the chicken burgers are actually really good, I didn’t expect it but I loved it. The cheese for the cheesy fries is so unbelievable!! Sweet potato fries are good too although you get less then in the cheese fries, buffalo wings are good but if you ever see the Korean wings they’ll amaze you differently. Either Alcoholic or nonalcoholic milkshake are really good too.
I've only ever ordered the spicy burger but its amazing. Succulent and tasty with a nice kick. Nothing that will blow your socks off but definitely a bit of spice. The oreo milkshake is 10 out of 10, soooooo bloody good. Personally i feel like they do the burgers really well but the sides, chicken nuggets, the wings, macaroni balls are not tasty if im honest. Its more a 3 and half star kind of place but cant give that.
Loved the burger, it was honestly amazing, although the chips was saturated in oil and I was unable to finish it. Highly recommended their cocktail menu.

Standard Byron food, better than average service.
We stopped in for a quick burger when the Honest location around the corner was too chaotic to seat us quickly. My double bacon cheeseburger was overcooked, but my wife's burger was fine, and they correctly respected our topping requests. More importantly, service was quick and friendly, and they brought us a full pitcher of water when we asked for it. Overall a good representation of the chain, although their burgers could still be a bit better.
Service was excellent, I had the 'Byron' which was really filling, as well as the Oreo milkshake!
We went during an early weekday evening. I had a club salad and my dinner companion had the Vegetarian cheese burger. We shared the sweet potato fries. The server was excellent, the drinks arrived promptly and the food arrived shortly after. The burger looked amazing and it was apparently very good. The salad was filling and very tasty. We weren't hurried and it was a very pleasant meal. I would def recommend this Byron, and having eaten at other branches, I can say this is better than a lot of other branches . Please note I have NEVER had a bad experience at Byron. Also as a final note the sweet potato fries were delicious with the Byron sauce.
The place is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Good menu and amazing choice of burgers, drinks and milkshakes. However, one of the chefs, named John, does not know the difference between medium and well cooked burger (the buns are dry and overcooked even though I say medium). I am a regular customers there and every time I see him behind the kitchen I know that the burger would not be the best quality that it can be.
When I decide to go to Byron, I just pray that Hilario is the chef behind the grill because I know I will get the best burger.

The restaurant is a warm and welcoming place with friendly staff members. I am a regular customer and enjoy their food and milkshakes. However the standard of the cooking of the burgers are very different between one chef to another. In many experiences of going to this restaurant i know that i will receive a high quality burger when Hilario is behind the counter. I congratulated him personally and is a very lovely humble person and shows great culinary skills in which other chef within this place can learn from.
Food was absolutely amazing, I have been to Byron before but the Clapham one is a step above the others. The service is speedy and efficient. The staff should be very proud of themselves because they great an amazing atmosphere and they amend everything to your needs. Only thing I disliked but was not a major issue was the variety of drinks on the menu. Apart from that, 10*
Great evening enjoying tasty burgers and wine. Attention to dietary needs covered and most of all the attention given to my friend and I was outstanding, humorous and very warm. Ana and Phil surpassed themselves and we will definitely be back!
Had such an amazing evening at Byron Clapham common. Went there for a birthday celebration with 5 others and the staff were just fantastic especially filipe and Sara they took care of us that day. Really great food also we were stuffed and happy. Great team!! You made the evening extra special and I'm very grateful. Will definitely be back.
