Nice café with fresh and delicious pastries. The coffee was a bit cold but tasty. The place is clean and the staff friendly enough. Do not get deceived by the few tables on the ground floor; there is more seating space in the basement.

Decent coffee to go with the famous cinnamon social for a breakfast. Would come back to try more as the cinnamon social in my personal opinion was too sugary and sweet but was nice to try. Staff is generally friendly and fast, interior is also nice and open but could use a bigger upstairs area to seat the large crowd of people coming in especially on a rainy day.

Great place with variety of sandwiches. The coffee was good. I had a tuna sandwich. It wasn’t the best but I will come again and give another sandwich another try

I visited early in the morning on a Sunday and the café was fairly quiet. I was given my food promptly and a tray to carry all the items which I found useful. I bought a pot of English Breakfast Tea with which I got a small cup of milk. The highlight of my visit was the strawberry tart !! Probably owing to me not having read the description properly for the tart, I was surprised that between the top layer of strawberries and vanilla custard and bottom almond shortcrust tart-case, there was a layer of chocolate! It adds a surprising texture as this layer stops the tart from being too chewy or too soft and of course who doesn’t like chocolate? What I recommend is having a forkful of all the layers, the vanilla custard has a perfect creamy consistency that pairs really well with the nutty, soft but firm almond shortcrust base and include the chocolate… you are in tart heaven! What stops me from giving the food a complete 5* rating is perhaps the strawberries still somewhat defrosting and I personally do not enjoy food that is too cold. The tart still tasted fresh overall so I would still 100% recommend it! I finished all the tea and enjoyed it both with and without milk. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I have made sure to add my card to the Ole and Steen app so next time I am prepared and can earn some loyalty points towards some free goods.

NHS discount for this place is so generous many rave on about it. However, that aside, the savoury and sweet options have always been great. Highly recommend the salmon bagel, truffle hot panini, tuna melt, bhaji wrap - though the chicken one tends to be drier though is probably a healthier option. Cinnamon socal is a MUST and will leave you loving it. Whilst there is improvements to be made on the hot drinks offering (fingers crossed still waiting for a chai latte or matcha to finally make the roster - especially to pair with so many fun food options with globally enriched yet fundamentally Scandinavian). Must have been over a dozen times!

Really good cafe with many freshly made sweets and coffee. I got the cake with cinnamon and a cappuccino. The cappuccino was alright, but the cinnamon cake was very good. Many seats are available if you wanna sit in. The staff are friendly. Clean toilets are available too.

Great Americano and almond pastry! Walked in from the cold rain and was in need of a hot cup. This place was cool with a lot of character. Packed, we waited for a bit and sat by the window. Good people watching too. There was a popping downstairs too. Will def visit again.

Had a meeting in there, the coffee was ok. Service could be a bit faster. Nice atmosphere. It's a fairly small place so not many seat available so if you have a meeting you should go there bit earlier to guaranty a seat!

What a great experience. I bought bread from this chain before, but at this shop you can have brunch for a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and the food was really good.

Likely the best vegan-friendly toasted sandwich I've ever eaten. It's not trying to mimic meat, it just is what it is. Flavour central, on beautiful freshly-baked focaccia. I wondered why I ate anywhere else while I stayed in London in that area. Coffee was solid as well.
