The Betsy Smith - London - Photo album

Very, very good cocktails. This place used to be Betsy's, now BOKO. It's cool without being overpriced... comfortable, clean... generous portions.. lovingly crafted food. No compromise on ingredients. The chefs are obviously discerning and knowledgeable without pretension ... Im a fan. The only thin
After just moving into the area, wanted to get a feel for it, so stop off at a few drinking establishments with my partner .on my way back from work. And must say I loved the Betsy smith. By far my favourite. Okay the decor is a bit over the top. And the prices are on the top scale for Kilburn. But
Very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. Food mixed: we ate Italian and the starters were excellent with proper Buffalo mozzarella and virgin olive oil. The pizzas afterwards were almost but not quite excellent. Very good, we ate every bit, but not quite at the top standard. Will try again
From the outside I always assumed that the Betsy Smith was a chain pub, but once you get inside it's very much got it's own character. I went there for breakfast on a Sunday afternoon, and despite getting there well after the cut off time for breakfast they were happy to serve me. The breakfast itse
Decent place, nice atmosphere, great burger (Betsy burger is one of the best pub burgers I had in UK). However at 10pm it turns into a club, music gets turned significantly louder and its not possible to continue chatting over beer - pub atmosphere is gone.
I love the betsies! Me and a group of 10 colleagues come here every Friday lunch time as they do all pizzas for £5 mon-friday at lunch times (check on times but definitely at 1pm). Would definitely recommend, even just for drinks and it's really quirkily decorated inside! A must go to!
Really quirky place. Came here on a business trip a few years ago to find a weekday deal on pizzas at £5. Returning 2 years later to flamingos on the ceiling and the lampshade of lampshades. Great place, will definitely return.
Now called "Bokor" for some reason. Nice enough place. Opens early and does a decent breakfast. More of a morning - afternoon place IMO. Not as good in the evenings as some other local options.
The pub is good but I guess I've struck on a busy day because the turnaround was bad and we had to wait a lot for our meals. Food was good though; nothing wrong in that department.
Great for a drink, a meal (especially breakfast) and a chat. Good background music but needs better live music in the evenings.
Formerly The Betsy Smith, now changed name to BOKOR. Also changed decoration and menu, but it is still good.
Marvellous cocktails Good food menu Something with a jaffa cake in it was weird and wonderful Pot-tails an excellent Sunday afternoon jaunt
nice bar with a decent area out the back for functions. Looks a lot nicer since it has had a makeover as well.
Really nice food and excellent staff who helped us choosing the perfect meal, will definitely be back
