There burgers are made from quality beef unlike most other places
Their avocado bacon burger is probably one of the best tastes known to mankind (or womankind)
Food Presentation : nothing special about it
Food Taste : delicious , specially their shakes!

Best burgers around. Love this place. Quality beef piled high with quality ingredients. Lots of choice ranging from pesto to blue cheese with a healthy dose of chilli on the way. Reasonable prices (£8.00 per dish on average).
The best tasting Burger of any Chain I've visited .... bad none. Consosteny juicy burger, sides well balanced, generous with availability and range of condomints. Can only suggest a redesig of the garish colour scheme's used for the interior design and furnishings. Maybe it is designed that way for this purpose, but it is difficult to stay comfortably for any significant period of time within such a kaleidoscope of colour spheres .....hence not lingering at the place for long.
I am very amazed with the quality. It was very tasty and mix of ingredients was in great proportions. Will come back definitely.

The best burgers we had in a long time. Served by a wonderful Male Staff member who helped my daughter choose a burger due to her allergies. Now we know where to come for burgers in future with the family. Thank you for taking care of us.
Really nice waitress, welcoming and helpful. Good prices on the lunch time menu. I spent less that £10 for burger, chips and a drink. The seating areas are cosy. Lots of booths. The process of ordering is to pay before you eat, which I prefer. They have a lot of choices of burgers. The skinny fries were a bit too skinny though so I wouldn't recommend them.
Tatsy food. Had the chicken burger, onion rings, skinny fries and they were tasty - big portions too😋

Location is amazing! 2 minutes wall from Ealing station and almost next to Tesco!
They have an outside seating area which was pleasant!

Mine and girlfriends new favourite place to eat. been twice in last two weeks and will be back again soon! Burgers fries and onion rings are all fantastic 😊. when we have visited it has been empty which is really nice for the two of us as we like it like that!
Nice location, attentive and helpful staff. Only issue, was the front door which kept slamming when used, which meant we moved tables. But overall a nice branch of GBK and I will be back.

We'd reviewed GBK before two years ago, but weren't anywhere near as impressed as we were this time round.
Wow; have they upped their game. Compare, if you will, the images of the Camembert & Cranberry and Satay burgers had then, to their maturer and far better executed counterparts this time around. Chalk and cheese!
What was impressive for us was that exchanging the beef for a chicken patty from a burger obviously designed for the former, didn't adversely affect the burger it seems. Instead, all three of us were surprised by the fact that not only did this particular burger, viz Bruce Leek, work, but it was also one of the best chicken burgers we've had in a long time. Recalling that this was an award-winning one, perhaps its success lies in the harmony of the rest of the ingredients as opposed to the patty itself, which, in this case, work for types.
If only their beef burgers were Halal, because if they're as good as their chicken cousins, we'd consider GBK for a 5/5 for sure.
And to repeat, while all GBK chicken is Halal, only the panko version is cooked separately for their burgers, and that too in a dedicated fryer filled with 100% rapeseed oil.
However, with larger GBK branches able to accommodate two grills, the grilled chicken can be cooked separately. However, be certain to double check with a given branch beforehand.

TaxiDriver chicken burger is really good, skin on fries also cooked to perfection. San Miguel pint on tap was flat and Brooklyn beer wasn’t available, very dissapointing on the drinks which was a let down for this branch
Simply the best! We absolutely love it. Our daughter has dairy allergy and Flames caters for that too. Freshly made; staff are very nice, friendly and accommodating.

This place is amazing! Perfect atmosphere and incredible food. The burgers are great and the vegan burger i ordered was indescribable, my boyfriend tried it, even though he’s always despised vegan food…and he loved it!! I would definitely recommend coming here
