A nice hot chocolate, but wasn’t much in there, I did ask for a lot of cream, but I’ve previously been here and if you ask for cream they still only fill it half-full. I’m assuming this is the machines but could be the staff, it was no bigger than a medium, but it was in a full size cup as that’s what I paid for. Besides that the cream and marshmallows were nice.

Usual Costa offering but spotlessly clean with friendly staff and good range of food. Enjoyed the Black Forest hot chocolate now back in!
Drinks were ok but one of the doughnuts was wrongly labelled so when I ordered it I got the wrong one!
Anyway, it was replaced with a cookie which was too sweet.
Apart from that it was hard ordering because the coffee machinery can be quite loud.
I always buy coffee or Tea When ever I come to watch a film at O2 Greenwich. I never had this bad experience. Just now I have asked one of the staff called Sandhya to make a Latte she made something different I’ve never seen in my life. I’ve clearly seen making her b’se there is no other customer standing. I kindly request Costa Coffee to train the people before they serve the customers. I believe Costa is one of leading coffee sellers in UK. I hope costa will take of it’s reputation.
Love the cortado (I take either with coconut milk or oat milk). The ambience of the O2 Costa is relaxing and peaceful. It has large spaces to sit outside which is a bonus during the summer time. Bring a book and enjoy the coffee. The staff are friendly too. I recommend trying the muffins in Costa. They are really moist and goes well with the coffee. The tuna melt is also one of my favourite.

Just outside O2 Arena, and next to north greenwich station. A very big Costa outlet it is with lods of seating outside and inside.
Being next to O2, this place is normally very crowded and sometimes with long queues, so not a great place for quick grab and eat.
The cafe is a bit hidden at the O2 Arena, we liked the cake and the coffee. The service was quick and friendly.
Wow what a wonderful service today from Joshua - not had service like this before in a costa thank you for starting our day of nicely.

The staff was really nice and helpful. As I am from Germany I was quite happy that they didn't rush me and gave some advice when I ordered.
I love Costa coffee, but this time was a bit disappointed as dish washer was broke, so only take away cups were available, but coffee tasted same,
Good like always... enjoyed my coffee and new chocolate tort 😊. Best when not too busy.
Great atmosphere just chill out have a coffee and talk to one of the staff anyone else he supposed to go to next O2
