We had the most delicious Christmas meal imaginable!! Started with meze, including grilled halloumi, falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, then salmon in pomegranate molasses, then baklava, and we had some lovely mulled wine. We always go to Comptoir Libanais when we go to the Wigmore Hall, and the staff know us, their food is always delicious!

Been going there quite regularly for the last couple of years, never disappointed, I highly recommend them anytime.
The food is Amazing and so savory !!! Never eaten Lebanese before but now I'm hooked... Lots of affordable prices so you can try different dishes.
Had to eat outside bc inside was packed but the blankets and heater made it comfortable & warm.
Although, I was very disappointed on our waitress whom was rude and impatient !
But the manager took the bad memory away with a nice chat & smile.
Altogether, was a great experience & I recommend it !

Have posted in the past but seems to have been deleted by mistake. A really great find that has become our family restaurant of choice. The children's menu and the quality of the food are the best imaginable. My earlier posts named the managers and staff by name but each and every one of them is welcoming and does everything they can to make the experience the best there is. A special than to Marina and Manager Pontas for making every visit so special

it was a rly cool place and the staffs were rly nice.
I am giving this 4 stars for three reasons:
1. In the context of a department store I have never encountered a nicer setting (views over trees, spacious dining feeling).
2. Everything was tasty and freshly prepared - again this is in the context of a department store - you cannot really ask for more.
3. Service was again top notch considering we are in a chain and in John Lewis. You were not able to tell. Both the manager and our waiter came to check if we were happy with our food.
Next time you are shopping in Oxford street and get the late midday hunger pangs - take thee to the fourth floor at John Lewis
Delicious food, excellent service. The tap water is flavoured with mint & lemon. Have been here a few times and never been disappointed.
Small or large portions you choose they make it fresh. Wonderful evocative flavours. Special treat for Ox St wandering.
Reliably good middle Eastern food at this Comptoi, based in John Lewis. Lovely rose lemonade. Wasn't too impressed with the house white.
