Always friendly service when I pop in to redeem my Vitality voucher each week. Had the salted caramel and pistachio frappe this time around. They advised no caffeine in this item but I think there was.
One of my favourite coffee places in West London. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

My favourite branch! by far the best staff and coffee. They’re always so friendly and accommodating, we usually have a chit chat whilst there and my Mocha is always consistently delicious! Not sure if the staff has changed but the 3 amazing baristas that worked there before the pandemic and partially during are the best! :)

My favourite coffee shop by far we are lucky to have two in Ealing this one I use more frequently . The shop is clean and tidy and Magda the regular barista is always happy and smiling and ready to help give this woman a pay rise she’s a credit to you .
Nice branch of Nero. Very polite and professional Baristas. Coffee is good. Food is like any other Nero.
Can get busy from time to time but always plenty of seats.
