Superb Sunday roast. Best one we’ve had so far. Everything tasted fresh. Sticky toffee pudding was great as well. Service was good. Would’ve loved to sit inside but there were no seats left.
Great service and atmosphere on a Friday night. Food was good but not great; the buttermilk chicken was a 2/5, the mac & cheese croquettes probably a 3.5; but the breaded fish and chips was very good, so a 5/5, and a good choice of drinks too.
Highly recommend the pub as a whole, but choose wisely with food. Price adds up quickly too.

Very good Sunday Lunch. Crispy fluffy Roast potatoes. Fabulous Yorkshire puddings, Vegetables.perfect. Meat was tender, and nice hot gravy. Generous portions...almost too much!
It identifies as a pub according to the description, but I’m not sure if that’s accurate🤔 the “pub” is a tiny section of it with 5 tables and the rest is reserved for dining… so more of a restaurant?!🙄But the atmosphere is good and because it’s in a super residential area you tend to see more locals👍🏻 There’s also a little courtyard for the warmer days or to catch some winter sun❄️🌤️ The prices are reflective of the affluent area that’s in🤑

Hidden gem. Great drinks delicious food. Very friendly service.
Great ambience and good service. Very light and airy restaurant . The food was very enjoyable. The pork was very tender and melted in the mouth. The potatoes and green were very nice.
Lovely Sunday roast. The beef is good. The shoulder pork is quite fatty but tasty. Gravy is awesome and of cos Yorkshire pudding is a star.
Good selection of beer. Skylight terrace is nice. Staffs are super friendly.
Our first day in London we stopped at The Clifton on our way back to the hotel. We didn't have a reservation but they were able to accommodate us at an outside table on a warm summer evening.
The muscles were fantastic and abundant. The fish and chips were excellent. The fish was very fresh, lightly battered and cooked to perfection.
We would definitely eat there again.
Great atmosphere, brilliant customer service and friendly polite and helpful staff, choices of beer are outstanding, I had the slow roasted chicken leg off the specials board (photo) this was amazing
