Our not so local, local, our favourite London pub, awesome Magda and her staff and of course the lovely Debs. Great pints of doom bar and Pride, friendly and welcoming and of course the chaos that is the Sunday pub quiz. Cannot recommend more highly.

Is there another pub with such different people happily coexisting, in fact relishing their disparities, over a glass or three? Where a chap who seems to be a retired Lieutenant Colonel will perch on a bar stool chatting to a dodgy french tree surgeon dressed in a tutu? Debbie loves her regulars, and her regulars love her. There's a lovely, calm vibe - except perhaps when Slapper or les K-Tines are playing in the tiny space at the back of the room on the right, with the whole pub sometimes joining in with some pretty weird songs. The first time I heard a drunken chorus of 'She's a fat bitch and she cannot sing' in the Uxbridge will stay with me all my life. It's a great pub because it attracts lovely people. So please don't bring any a***holes or d***heads with you if you go.

My "local" that's a long way from home (but worth the trip!). Friendly welcoming atmosphere, excellent bar staff and always an immaculate pint of London Pride - what's not to like?

I came here on my own as part of a solo travel trip to London. Staff were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. The food was lovely and drinks were well priced. There was a pub quiz on and the general atmosphere was very relaxed and pleasant. Would recommend.

A very welcoming pub on a quiet road near Notting Hill tube station. One of the more traditional pubs in the area. I first came here as a student back around 2002 and it hasnt changed much since that time. It wasn't serving food at the time I visited last (3rd June 2023) but I understand that they plan to start serving food in the next few weeks so worth checking.

🚇 Notting Hill Gate 🍺 £6.25 Asahi ❤️ A superb Kensington locals pub. . The Uxbridge Arms is located in a quiet backstreet in Kensington and sits mid-terrace alongside the pastel painted properties which this area is famous for. Getting here is easy, Notting Hill Tube is a pleasurable five minute walk away. . The pub dates back to 1836 and had an interwar refurb in the 1930’s. The red brick facade stands out from the surrounding houses and the Georgian style windows set a traditional tone. . Once you walk in the door you get the immediate sense of a warm and welcoming boozer. The decor is traditional with dark oak beams, a smattering of brass fixtures and some proper red pub carpet. . There is a good selection of beers including three cask, I had an Asahi which was well received and just over six quid which is cheap for this lager. The food menu is extensive and has an American feel to it alongside traditional British fayre. . This is a locals pub with a superb atmosphere and a real neighbourly down to earth feel. I stood at the bar quaffing my pint and had a nice little chat with a fella who works in the film industry. The Guv’nor was busy serving and chatting to the punters around bar, he mentioned he was in Turner’s Old Star in Wapping a similar locals pub. . The @uxbridgearmsw8 is one of those pubs that you instantly welcome in. This is such a relaxing boozer with a delightful crowd. Get this one on your list people, this is a brilliant boozer. . ℹ️ Info correct on visiting 26/11/22

An easy Five for The Uxbridge Arms in Notting Hill. A most gorgeous hidden gem of a pub in West London. Try it out, the find of the day in Notting Hill! Lovely 🍺, a range of both cask and keg. The pub itself is simple but funny, eclectic and slightly confusing (at least for me). It feels new, fitting in with a tradition. This is a lovely pub, miss it at your peril!!

Our visit to Uxbridge Arms Bar with my wife and friends was an absolute delight. The bar's cozy atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. Special thanks to Philip, the manager, for his generous gesture of treating us to complimentary whiskey shots, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a fantastic time with loved ones. We can't wait to return!

Chilled vibe, and great place to socialise with the locals or the staff. Loving the new management but most of all the new Guinness harp taps 🥳

We only stopped here for a pint. Smaller selection of drinks, not very busy. The service was pleasant. As a Czech, I can say that of all the great beers we have here, they have the biggest slop on tap. But someone might like it.
