The management really need to staff this place better on the busy, touristy, Sunday lunch rush🧟‍♀️ The two girls serving did a great job being pleasant and working hard but there's only so much they could do with a queue that went nearly to the door! I gave this place a 5/5* because we didn't end u
Fancy something a bit less obvious than the usual coffeeshops? Look no further. Ole & Steen offers a quiet spot on such a busy street to have a quick bite and a dose of needed caffeine. And if you aren't in a rush (like me on that day!) you'll take the time to enjoy their passion fruit cheesecake (I
Absolutely fantastic! In a fab location in Leicester Square, this is a great cafe with enough sitting space of your choice, downstairs, upstairs, outside. We tried the chocolate croissant and chocolate almond ball. The croissant was absolutely delicious. It’s filled with the flavours of rich butter
Lovely bakery options. Fresh and quick service. Coffee is not the best I have had. Great ambience and ample seating space Cheesecake options available. Friendly staff. Highly recommend the bakery items.
Great coffee and excellent deserts. We had a very pleasant experience close to closing time. Plenty of space, clean and quite.
It wasn't what I expected. Long queue to order, also to toilets which it is two toilets for both men and woman. Dirty tables and bug prices. For the other hand I would say the chairs were comfortable and the coffee very tasty.

Great place with tasty coffee and delicious foodies. Also to mention is the hard working team who constantly strive to deliver the best service they can give, even though they get very busy and are constantly under pressure. They are always very professional, understanding of customers' needs and co

A lil hectic but they’ve got some really tasty items on their menu that keep us coming back. Oh and the coffees not half bad either. The guacamole and poached egg is really good.
cute café in the middle of a busy city. the drinks are delicious, and there are plenty of chairs and tables to sit in. ☕️
Love the coffee and cinnamon buns. Bit pricy. Wish management would do something about office workers who hog a whole table and spend half a day there using thier WiFi. Severely restricts space for tourists. I saw so many walk out after they couldn't find a seat.
A very cute bakery cafĂŠ, a warm welcoming comfy environment to relax and unfold in. A very minimalistic chic vibe. We ordered the mint hot chocolate, 2 teas and 2 cinnamon social slices. The mint hot chocolate was rich and creamy, extremely decadent. The cinnamon socials were extraordinary ! Very mu
