Had dinner here with my wife and mom. The starters were great and were served quickly. Their fish and chips portion is worth more than what we paid for (really good portions). The haddock and cod were really fresh and tasted great. The only down side was that the chicken was very bland - no spices / marinate on it. The staff are super friendly and were very helpful on places to see and things to do.
Went here one afternoon to grab a quick lunch. Service was good. I ordered the cod with chips. Asked for mayo which was another 10 or 20p, anyway the fish and chips was really good.
Portions were huuuuuuuuuuge and the chips not stale like other fish and chips shops which feels like you've been given someone else's leftovers lol. Pretty decent, good price, good service and good quantity.
If you're ever in the area craving fish and chips, I would highly recommend this place :)
A great quality and good value restaurant offering take away as well. Clean and stylish. We had Haddock and Chips which was beautifully fresh in a light batter. Really recommend this if you are in West London
Insert catchy title here. The food is very good here and it has a lovely seating area where you can enjoy your classic fish and chips with a glass of wine or beer.
They do what they do well, but it comes at a price, it's not cheap grub.
Very fresh fish and chips to die for, dry, crispy and not a drop of grease in sight ( so I tell myself!)
Located in Chiswick this restaurant has been around for a few years and has become a neighbourhood favourite for higher end fish and chips. They do the traditional take away business but tucked behind the frying counter is a cozy seating area that is great for a nice sit down lunch or dinner with beer or wine. On our visit we decided on the two course lunch menu which included an appetizer and main course for only £ 8.50; a great deal considering the quality and quantity of food. We started our lunch off with fried white bait an

Best fish and chips of London
More than just Fish & Chips - platters of Persian food looked awesome on their way passed my table. My grilled haddock was excellent. People were friendly and attentive. I sat next to the bread oven and watched the guy make Persian flatbread. Fascinating. I would definitely go back.
Generous portions, freshly made and friendly staff. This isn’t a typical chippy, it’s located at the back of Rice (with the same family running it), the place is clean and food isn’t as greasy as you find in some places. You should make sure to include their mushy peas in your order, and you can also get a grilled fish for a slightly healthier take.
I know of just 2 chippys in Chiswick, the other being awful now, so have been riding up to Acton for acceptable scoff, though they often run out of fish by 7:00pm. Went to the Catch when it first opened 5-6 years ago and never went back as so expensive and tiny fish. Out of desperation tried again tonight and had to get straight on this to praise them (I'm quick to complain too). Large cod £6-20 which seems fine these days. They cooked my chips extra brown on request, though will ask for more cooking next time, at least they tried. Gherkins are massive, ketchup is Heinz and in large effective bulbs that hit the chips not your palms.
They were friendly and helpful enough and take visa unlike their rubbish competitors.
Happy again as the chip shop situation has left a rather large hole in my otherwise terribly sad life!!!
I eat from here more times per week than j should. Other local chippy places don't compare. Love the grilled fish if you want a healthy option. Always consistent.
Just finished eating my take out from here. Friendly service, good portions and great tasting food! I'm a big fan of a good fish and chips and The Catch did not disappoint!!! If I'm in the area again, I will return!
(Cod, chips, curry sauce, mushy peas!)
One of the best fish and chip places I’ve been to. I see some people say ‘soggy batter’ after delivery from deliveroo. Of course it will be after being wrapped up for so long!! Awesome fish n chips.
Really good fish and chips. Ordered today and they sent mushy peas instead of curry sauce, called them and they delivered sauce soon after. Great service
They have amazing food. I order from here atleast once or twice a week on Deliveroo and they always keep their standards consistent.
They have large portions and you don’t need to order allot of things to be full.
Excellent chips, but a bit over priced. The £5.50 lunch box menu makes up for the hefty evening prices if your around in the day time though.
