Good basic French style food. Tuna was excellently cooked. Salad fresh. Staff friendly. Highly recommended the legume croquettes.
Friendly and prompt, very child friendly, just the right size for our little one. Pretty affordable too. Mains were tasty as we're the desserts.
Really great service, food and awesome ambiance here. Prices quite reasonable too.
I very much enjoyed my meal there. It was a working repast and we talked and ate at the same time. The staff were very generous with their time and my minute steak and salad was just what i ordered. The dinning room is long and kinda moody a really good space. We also used the meeting room for a gro
Great place to go for a beautiful meal, this essence of it is French so it specializes in French food. They do; great lunches, great dinners, and great drinks. So if you are after a great Friday night drink with friends or a romantic meal then this is the place for you. Although they have that grea
I would like to say restaurant is situated in the heart of beautiful and quiet Highgate. As you enter the place you are welcomed by a magnificent setting. Restaurant is big and with atmosphere friendly for business meeting or romantic date. The menu offers a wide variety of french cuisine/beef steaks/
Went there for dinner with my dad. Been there a number of times & it's a nice place. Not long to wait for your food, has a nice atmosphere and isn't crowded. The staff are nice and friendly and the food (having grown up with a French mother who was a great cook & ate french 'cuisine' every night!)
Spicy chickpea burger was delicious (recommended ;)) the chips were super thin, so whoever likes them that way, but they weren't really for me. You need to go to the front in order to pay, which seems slightly weird (as the waiter came to the table) Nice staff, not too crowded, nice variety of food.
Visited this branch with a Voucher from Red Letter Days, the staff was friendly and helpful. Their menu doesn’t offer many choices for dairy-free options unfortunately. Duck was quite tasty, onion soup was a bit tasteless, but overall a good experience for the money.
A wonderful little place on the hill. Great staff and management. Especially Ajvan, assistant manager whose dedication to work and customer relations is second to none and Manager Colin whose approach to his staff has helped to create such a pleasant, cool and welcoming atmosphere. Reminiscent of
Not all cafe rouge restaurants are the same in my experience, and this one ranks among the better grade. Cozy atmosphere and solid French items on the menu. A nice escargot ragout, for instance. Staff can be a bit too breezy perhaps though.
