I can only give maximum stars. Service was exceptional. Very very polite. Lovely lady served me. Very friendly and chatty. Professional yet approachable. A lovely guy brought our hot chocolates and waffle. He was super polite and helpful. Hot chocolates were superb. We had 3 different ones. The waffle my godson had was presented nicely. Lots of topping. Lovely fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries with melted chocolate and whipped cream. Waffles are freshly made. Not microwaved rubbish. The place is clean, light and tidy. It has a good feel about it. Positive energy from the amazing staff. I have no hesitation in recommending Snowflake, Edgware Road. It’s a very nice and competitive price also. Not at all expensive for the quality. Very enjoyable.

I had the pleasure of visiting Snowflake restaurant on a hot day. Originally, I stopped by for a milkshake, but the enticing aroma of crepes, waffles, and ice cream desserts lured me to explore their menu further. I decided to call my husband, who is a dessert enthusiast and works nearby, to join me. The staff at Snowflake demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a warm, accommodating attitude. They made our visit even more enjoyable. The waffles we savored were truly delightful, a testament to Snowflake's culinary expertise. Each bite was a delightful blend of flavors and textures, leaving a lasting impression. In conclusion, my husband and I look forward to returning to Snowflake restaurant soon to further indulge in their delicious offerings. We highly recommend this place to fellow dessert lovers and connoisseurs.

My wife and I recently visited Snowflake, and it was such a lovely experience. We indulged in their delightful milkshakes, waffles, and ice cream crepes. I personally tried their salted caramel milkshake, and it was a beautiful blend of flavors. The atmosphere and the company made the visit even more enjoyable. Can't wait to go back again!

It was my first time visiting this branch and I must say it is a great location. There is wide seating available and the service is good. I really enjoyed the cookie dough I ordered. I got mine with the praline gelato and it was amazing! It can get quite busy in the evenings leading to longer queues, so I would suggest visiting before 8pm. During this time tables may also be left untidy as most of the staff are busy serving customers.

I came, I saw, and I fell in love with the Kinder Bueno gelato here. Will definitely be returning to try the crepes and sundaes! Also, they have something here called an “avolado”, which is an interesting fusion between an avocado and gelato, which I was too cowardly to try (but it sounds incredibly delicious in both texture and taste!). Staff also friendly and kind — they saw me eyeing the Kinder chunks and so got me a giant scoop full of said chunks. :)
