This has been my local breakfast place for the last 3 days in London while travelling with my partner and his 10 yr old daughter, great food and nothing was too much trouble for our lovely server. In a big city it was very nice to see a friendly face every morning. Thanks to all xxx
Good place to meet up with friends, friendly attentive staff
Good food good atmosphere
We loved our breakfasts and our lovely waitress, and the great atmosphere when having a cheeky evening pint or two
Great range of beers and superb food. Fantastic location, 10 mins from Kings Cross
Simply a Great place to be for a dinner or a drink!
A magical evening with ten of our friends. Superb staff as always both in the bar and upstairs in the Club room, the Salmon was perfect, everyone wants to come back for another Beggars Banquet soon!
Had a fantastic meal and great beer on Saturday 26th April. We will highly recommend to our friends and family :-)
Good range of Ales - Young's of course & other great Ales too !!
I visited The Somerstown Coffe House for a breakfast when I was travelling.
Loved the coffee over here, I had never had something like that.

The concept of british tapas might sound strange but seems to be done very beautifully at this place which has a very hip decor. The seating is quite trendy and not normal. The food here is very delicious and is served in very generous portions, big enough for two. The staff here is very quick, attentive and efficient. Must try this place!
I had always had a lovely experience at this restaurant and I always get all my friends here. The ambiance is pleasant here as well as being quirky, which is rare to find in this city. The drinks menu is extensive and so is the food menu. The food is served Tapas style and is extremely delicious and very well prepared. I would definitely recommend this place.
I would recommend you to visit this place but at the same time have it clear in your mind that this is not a coffee place as the name suggests. It is a nice friendly, warm and cosy place that you must visit for the yummy Jerk Chicken burger. You will absolutely love it. The prompt service, the variety in the menu and the pocket friendly meal will grab your attention.
This place has been one of my favourites and still is ! The atmosphere is vibrant and enticing, it makes me come back here all the time. However, for caution sake, The service is painfully slow! It takes them quite sometime to serve when the pub is empty, and ages when they are busy, literally!
I recently tried this place and had a great time here. The food was excellent and was cooked to perfection. There was a wide range of interesting and innovative options on the menu to choose from. The service was pretty efficient with the staff being quite warm and friendly. The drinks were pretty decent as well. I would love to visit this place again and would recommend others to try it as well.
If you are looking for a place with a brilliant outdoor seating then this is the place for you. The outdoor area is gorgeous and the exteriors as well as interiors of this place are amazing. The food served was fresh and delicious. The staff happens to be very friendly and their service is incredible. Recommended.
We went here for the third time a couple of days ago. This restaurant is located very conveniently and is very easy to get to, making it a perfect place to meet up. The ambiance here is also quite nice. We have always been impressed by this place. The food here is always a delight and full of amazing flavours. Make sure you try the fishcakes and stilton salad. The portions in tapas are quite small though. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
This place is known for its ambiance and has an amazing bar to offer some of the best imported beers in the market. I visited this place last week and was truly impressed by the food and the generosity of the staff. Though the prices of this place are pretty high, the food and the beers make this place worth going to.
In case you want to grab a quick tea on the go then you can give this place a try. I visited this place on one such occasions. The tea served was hot and the fragrance of the leaves was refreshing. The only disappointment was that the cookies that I ordered to go along with the tea were not as fresh as I had expected them to be. May be the staff needs to look into. You can visit for a casual tea on the go!
This place serves delectable food, amazing coffee backed by prompt and pleasing service in a very charming ambiance. They have done some innovations in their decor. Board games on each table, comfortable couches and free WIFI. We went there for a quick coffee with light food but we ended up spending about four hours at this place.
This place boasts of being a lovely cafe but when we entered , having some important discussion to make , the place looked more like a pub. We soon ordered our drinks and food to go with it, and everything was tasty ,but if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to sip coffee , this isn't it .
This place offers some excellent beer on tap and the food is quite exquisite as well. The list of wines that they have to offer are amazing and the ones we were suggested were truly delicious. The owner has hired 'cute young foreigners' instead of skilled servers, which is working their way quite nicely. The place is spacious and the decor is pretty well done as well.
I would love to visit this restaurant again and would recommend all of my friends to visit this place as well.
This place is one of those life time discoveries for me. I shall not let go of this place ever. the ambiance is superb. The place consists of little rooms for lunch and small booths for dancing that can be rented. The service is impeccable. The food is delectable and sumptuous.
This place is different from what i was expecting but good different! This is a coffee house in the morning and turns into a pub by night. There is comfortable seating and people working on laptops with cups of coffee! Coming to service, welcoming, attentive and amicable staff. The place has both inside and outside seating! Do visit!
I recently tried this place and had a decent experience here. There was a wide range of interesting options in the menu to choose from. The food as excellent, especially the beef and salmon which was cooked to perfection. The food is available at quite reasonable prices as well. The ambience was great with lovely crowd and thus, I would surely visit this place again.
I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for some amazing gourmet around this area which does not have a lot of options. This pub is an absolute delight and manages to stand out among the various eateries in the area. The food is amazing and delectable. You must try the tapas here. The bar offers a great selection of ales as well. However, the service can be a bit slow here. Recommended for those not in a rush.
This place in my opinion, is a modern and quirky. The pub though small offers a great food menu too. In fact the dishes are extremely appetizing and the taste simply out of this world. I definitely recommend trying the fish and chips!
At the time of my visit, the place was also serving samples of coffee too about which they were trying to get a feedback from the customers, which was really good.
For me this is slowly becoming a local favorite.
Unexpected location behind the British Library between Euston and Kings Cross, this place is spacious, alfresco seating, they accept reservations and has a Top Notch service, welcoming you with pleasant gestures!! Splendidly relaxing and Made-on-Order Food service is luring. It is my favorite pub in the city. Definately worth visit.
I've been here twice now and both times I've received great service and delicious food. Staff were really attentive and it wasn't a long wait for food. We went around 2.30pm on a weekday so it was fairly quiet inside. I would recommend the fish and chips. Huge portion and really nice. I also ordered the baba ganoush on my second visit and that dish was OK :) Plenty of small plate options too. Would definitely recommend the fish cakes and mussels!
Came here for a Saturday brunch š“
Food: Chorizo hash was delicious, berry buttermilk pancakes were ok but not super special. Portions a tad on the small side.
Service: extremely friendly, only feedback is to clarify that "water for the table" is charged here as that wasn't clear and at Ā£5 it's not insignificant.
Atmosphere: super cosy classic English pub vibes. Really nailed the dƩcor and vibe.
What a charming lovely pub with some seriously lovely staff.
Mainly Holly so friendly and kind Tolgui and Hannah mixing some amazing cocktails as well.
Will def come back.
V welcoming and attentive staff. The code is good and this lovely pub is dog friendly. At 11:00 on a Saturday it was an oasis of calm away from the busyness of nearby Euston station.
A fine welcoming establishment offering a good choice of beers, both cask and keg. Fast friendly service from the lovely staff. Beer is well kept and tasty. Plenty of food on offer. There are private dining rooms and a small terrace at the back, also a fair bit of seating at the front of the pub for those sunnier days. Close by is St. Pancreas old church, a site that houses the tomb of Sir John Soane. There is a wonderful museum in Lincoln's Inn Fields from the man. Worth a visit.
Gorgeous pub tucked away behind Euston station. Very peaceful and great menu. Service is swift. Lovely place to eat inside and outside.
Excellent breakfast spot half way between Kings Cross and Euston stations.
I had Full Vegan which was excellent and also tried the French Toast which was fantastic. Not bad prices for London and very good Americano coffee.
Nice decor inside and also has a full bar. Lunch menu looked pretty good too. I've been on my last 2 visits to London and everyone enjoyed it
A lovely place tucked away from all the crazy busy places around both Euston and kings cross stations. The menu is amazing with a mix between traditional English pub food and a variety of quirky recipes.
Itās quite spacious with lovely and warm decorations that gives off a homely vibe. The staff is friendly. Definitely worth visiting again.
Lovely independent pub slightly away from the busy euston road. Great small plates on a menu that seems to change - we had cod cheeks and a lovely green bean and potato salad. They made a real fuss of our dog too!
Love coming here. The menu isn't great if you want a variety of food but it has a lot of Gluten Fre and Veggie options and it's always very good.
Staff are lovely, and the atmosphere is so relaxing.
I highly recfomeneded for a snack and a refreshment!!!
I have frequented this pub on a daily basis for the past Academic year for morning coffee breaks.
The coffee is exceptional and the service is superb.
Gabi the manageress is always welcoming, friendly and has a talent of making all customers feel special.
Fabulous place to chill and enjoy.
Lovely pub, great location. Excellent selection of seating depending on if it's a sunny day for outdoor vibes or whether you're booking a large table for an event inside. A bonus that there's an actual bar downstairs with a completely different vibe and very delicious cocktails!!
Lovely pub just a few minutes walk from Euston. Plenty of seating, welcoming and friendly staff. Good selection of food and drinks. Looks like it has had a makeover and change of management since our last visit and the improvement is noticeable.
Iāve used this place for years and the food right now is the best itās ever been. Massive fish focus with brilliant drinks as well.
Recently I brought 2 work friends here for lunch and they couldnāt believe a pub did such awesome seafood..
