Had all you can eat sushi, was good, just make sure you order all you want it for the first paper, once only ! But after they are good ;) was surprise for 20pounds.
Super stuffed after a massive all you can eat sushi feast. Now while the all you can eat is limited to 6courses (unlimited repeats) + any 8 hot dishes (limited rounds), I must admit that the portions do full justice and we managed 3courses + 8 hot dishes between the 3 of us. The sashimi was fresh and sushi was well catered. I'm definitely going back the next time I need my sushi binge!
Amazing experience. Best sushi in London. The staff is friendly and professional. The Chefs are extremely fast and the food is fresh and tasty. I left a big tip 'cause these guys really deserve appreciation for their flawless hard work. Keep it up!
Sushi Eatery is a cozy little establishment located between the heart of Soho and Chinatown. I'd heard good things about the 'all you can eat' offering, and decided to go with a group of friends to see just how much sushi we could feasibly consume in a 90 minute period, which is the amount of time given if you opt for the all-you-can-eat deal.
Now, at this point I should say that the all-you-can-eat is not technically all you can eat; you are given a sheet of paper with 6 columns and a row for each type of item on the menu - there are 6 columns, and each column is a 'round' - in other words, you get six rounds of sushi. Now, initially, I thought this didn't sound like a lot but even for my bottomless stomach, six rounds is more than enough such that it basically is unlimited - in my party of five, we made it 3 and a half rounds before yielding and feeling slightly ill from engorging so much sushi!
You are also given a sheet of paper with hot food options, of which you are allowed a certain amount (not every round). In my group, we could choose eight hot options in total, and six sushi options per round. These numbers probably change depending on how big your group is, though.
The staff are friendly, the sushi on offer is a decent selection - it's not vast but it still has some extremely tasty options on there - the crunchy tuna roll was one of my favourites. The hot food was absolutely delicious too - just a shame we couldn't have more!!
Overall, Sushi Eatery was a fantastic experience and I do believe I got my £18 worth. I will definitely be going back here some time, determined to reach round six undefeated.
Good sushi! My fav was the crab one (though it's one of the one time only ones from buffet selection). The sashimi was also good. As others mention, a bit pricey, but if u did do the 6 possible rounds... it's probably good value.
Good tasting food and the buffet really fills you up. Slightly on the pricy side but well worth it for good quality sashimi.
Would recommend the deep fried stuff especially tempura prawns and calamari :D yummy
We came across this restaurant when we were walking by and we will probably be returning because of the amazing food it offers! The place is quite tiny but very unique. We had ramen and maki, both of which came in very generous and filling portions. The prices are very reasonable. Do make sure you go early as it can get quite busy later in the day.
We stumbled upon this restaurant while wandering bout in Soho. The room in the basement is tuny and cozy. Since the tables are mostly common, the place seems very inviting and friendly. I recommend this place, however the quality of food and servings is mostly relative to what one orders.
This is a nice sushi place and we come here often. the sushi is great and the all-you-can-eat menu never lets you down. The staff however can be a bit nicer but then no place is perfect. Will go back here again for tasty and affordable sushi.
I came here with my friends on a Monday who are regular customers of this place. It is an all you can eat sushi place. The portions are generous and worth the price they command. The food was delicious and very filling. Accompanied by quick and an amicable staff, the whole experience was amazing. It is also very reasonably priced.
My friend and I visited this place while we were having a craving for sushi. This tiny joint has on offer a type of sushi buffet, wherein we could oreder almost everything from the suhi list. Feeling full after just two orders, we were content by our experience. Gluttony as we were, we realised it was a value for money meal. The service could have been a little more cheerful!
The food at this place is absolutely good. I am a food lover and I have experience around the world, I can tell you that this Japanese food is one of my favorite one here in London.. the food is amazing very tasty, the chicken Teriyaki is gorgeous, the Tuna is the best I have ever tried.
Price is great if I am not wrong is £22 (kind of all you can eat) is really enough..
the only thing is that when restaurant is full you need to share your table with others.. they optimize the space as it is a bit small.. I can understand that and it is fine, it is very quickly.. I been there 3x and always exactly the same.. sashimi really fresh
I have lost the count of how many times I’ve been here and I am sure I will keep going back. Totally worth the money and Plum wine just wow. Also, they only used to accept cash earlier but now they do accept CARD PAYMENTS. Which is amazing
I don't know why there's is so many bad reviews.. Maybe fake reviews or maybe things have changed, but our experience was really good. The staff were all nice. A man at the door let us know it was cash only. A very nice man working (leading?) the front of house was very polite and helpful explaining everything. A new waitress was very observant and quick with everything she did and also explained a charge if you leave food. Which is fine because you shouldn't order a lot towards the end of you're not hungry... All the food was good. We left a small tip even if service charge was included. We would come back again for £30 each in central London. You can't complain.
It’s definitely worth a visit! Service was nice and food was tasty for the price .
Honestly a hidden gem in London!
Do not expect sushi from Nobo but for the price you pay it is very tasty and fresh and you can literally cannot eat through all the rounds!
Definitely a good value for money!
This sushi place is hands down my favorite in London. The food quality is absolutely amazing, and the variety they offer, including hot dishes, is simply outstanding. It's a great opportunity for those who haven't had the chance to try various Asian cuisines to gather in a group and share different dishes. I stumbled upon this gem six years ago and have since introduced it to numerous friends, who have become frequent visitors themselves due to their love for it. My tip would be to arrive early and allow plenty of time so you can indulge in as much as you desire while enjoying a calm dining experience. It’s CASH only!

Great little place in SOHO area. The All You Can Eat option is very economical. Would be nice for more options like Tuna, Salmon Skin and some others. The options were very fresh, the spring rolls are handmade and Teriyaki Beef Starters are great! Definitely a little gem to checkout
It's getting more expensive which is understandable. But the sashimi and the sushi is decent quality. The hot foods are nice too. It is filling and considering the choices you get, it is a good place in central London.
Service is quick but don't expect smiles or politeness. The sushi rolls are premade and cut to order so the seaweed loses the crispness. The specials are nice but one time only.
Came here for a birthday meal. Loved the downstairs decor! Affordable prices, especially for central London. Food quality was excellent. Could not of made it six round after the first round of hot food! Fast service too!
For more or less £20 per person, it’s extremely good value for money. The quality of the fish included in the all-you-can-eat is actually quite good. The hot dishes prepared are alright but the sushi is the best part of it all. There are some items you can only order once but the salmon sushi/sashimi can be ordered as many times which is great! My friends and I love coming to this place whenever we want to get full off sushi. Would recommend!
Great sushi, not so great service. Just do some mindfulness meditation before coming here and try to tune out the humans and focus on the food and all will be Gucci.
My only criticism on the food though is the menu hasn’t been updated in two years! I would recommend they get a bit creative with it or have options to have more of the “one time order” sushi rolls in the unlimited option. It will definitely make us regular customers do even more visits.
The food here was definitely worth going for.. The Shrimp tempura, in particular, was amazing..
Great sushi. When you want to binge out. Their all you can eat option is great value. Very friendly staff, efficient service and great tasting food. Top tip, don't get your warm food until you have had your fill of the sushi
Really enjoyed my visit. The staff were lovely! They informed me straight away sushi isn't halal but they were very nice in telling me what options I could have and also confirming with the kitchen. The staff were bubbly and funny and refilled green tea whenever it was finished. Such great service! This place has been around for many years and I'm so glad it's still here!
