The meal was better than I expected. I was very happy with the quality,quantity, the atmosphere and indeed the service. Our have found another place for my friends and I to have lunch.

I had wanted to try this place for many weeks as it's right next door to one of the cinemas I use. I took a friend and I must say i really enjoyed it. The staff member that dealt with me was nice and helpful and the food tasted great. The portion size was very generous too for the price paid. Would definitely visit again!! 4.5 out 5

Stopped off for a quick lunch in Westfield, the service was very quick and easy, food was hot and tasted good. I’ve never had shawarma before so took a big risk and I would say I would definitely try again.
For the atmosphere there wasn’t too much as it’s Westfield and it’s very busy, but I can’t complain and didn’t take from the experience.
My co worker and I decided to eat at Shawa because she has never tried Lebanese food before , so I kind of forced her to try it haha. I got the shawarma box, and I loved it! Good portion sizes and has good flavor, I also got a half chicken, although the chicken was nicely cooked, is did lack flavor and more of a “this is just rotisserie chicken feel” it did not taste bad, just was not great. For my drink I got the strawberry rose lemonade, I wish they made this in a bigger size because it was very good.
PSA . If you are eating in the food court it is survival of the fittest, make sure you grab tables and seats quick because they will disappear in a blink of an eye lol
One of the best Shawermas I had in my life. They are quick, hygienic and polite. The mango juice is great!
I have a sensitive stomach, the lamb burger is so fatty and my stomach couldn't tolerate.

The food they suggested was truly delicious and made the meal memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful dining experience.

The food was very nice! Fresh and cooked nicely.
Only downside was bit pricey and portions were small. Food comes quick but you need to hunt around for a table.
Tried half chicken rotisserie with cole slaw and spiced rice on the side. I was amazed at how well the chicken was done - very succulent, rightly marinated. Would.come back again for sure.
I had a nice tendy chicken & mango juice here. Value for money considering the location. Service was fast & staff were always keen to help. The only down side was that the rice was served cold.
I had a chicken wrap and some falafel, it was really tasty and fresh. The service were very nice as well, all stuff members were smiling and welcoming. The manager who served me my food was quite friendly. Well done guys, I’m definitely coming back again.
Looks like I got lucky on this, I thought my food was decent, ordered the chicken burger and asked the man to swap a rice instead of fries. Rice was tasty and the burger was fairly good, it’s what I expected in London and it’s looks exactly like how they presented it at the display. But read some previous reviews this place seems like hit and miss and especially the wrap. £13 for a burger with fries and a can of coke, slightly on the pricey side but if you had more then enough terrible dining experiences, then this ain’t bad at all. Gave four star because when I looked back, it was only a food court and I was charged that price for a lunch..?The rice was especially tasty with the garlic and chilly sauces on the side. Go for the food you can see at the display is safer option as the wraps ain’t on the display.
It was awesome. The best food i’ve eaten and the costumer service was great too. Saina was the one who served us and she was really respectful and patient while taking our orders. I will definitely come again.
Food was amazing and tasteful. Even though prices changed I would not stop buying from them as they offer high quality products and fast service. I was most surprised by a young man called Omar, he was very generous to answer our question and made our experience the best. For sure he does not need any more experience as he has achieved all the skills to satisfy a customer.
The queue was quite long but the service was quick. We had the rotisserie half chicken with sides and chicken shawarma. Even though the shawarma had that authentic Lebanese taste but the size was not sufficient as compared to the price, the bread had become crisp because it was already made beforehand. We could see the pile of pre-prepared shawarmas on the counter behind. The chicken though was quite yummy and rice and fries were good too. Enjoyed the meal. Thank God for the halal option available.
